TLDR; Carlos is honest, efficient, fair-priced, and I will be recommending him for anyone who needs an arborist in the Newark area. Carlos was fast to respond to my request to come survey the job, was considerate of my time and my bank account, and didn't hassle me about booking with him. Even though it took me 4 business days to take him up on his quote, he was a pleasure to schedule with, and fit me in within 48 hours of me contacting him. On the morning of the tree trimming, his team showed up promptly at 7:30am, and got to work on what I thought would be an all day affair. They were done by noon, with no mishaps, no issues, no fallen tree limbs, and seemingly no hassle. At my request, they chopped up the larger portions of the tree limbs (precariously overhanging my garage), and stacked them up for firewood use later in the year! They ground up everything else, cleaned up the little debris they had made, and wrapped up with so little hassle you'd think their job was easy- and it definitely is NOT! They gave us an incredible quote for a tree removal - much better than the two other companies who gave quotes. They were also willing to work out a payment plan with us, which helped so much. Even though we are in Edison, they were prompt and arrived when they said they would. They walked us through everything they were doing and even got the branch that fell on the other side of the fence. Carlos knew we have little kids and all of his advice and suggestions took that into consideration. Our tree was diseased, so there was a huge hole in the stump, and Carlos even covered the hole for us so that the kids wouldn't get hurt. Extremely impressed with Giron's Tree Service. After receiving a very fair estimate, we had 10 trees taken down today with heights reaching about 80 feet. Their crew arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and quickly got started - first by taking precautions with our yard. I was impressed then by their coordinated work and the safety steps they followed. We had zero damage and when the work was done the yard had been cleaned so well no one not having been here would have been able to tell that any tree work was done. Giron's Tree Service did a great job! They came out fast, gave me a on the spot quote and scheduled it. They took down a giant tree in our yard in 1 day and left it better than it was before. They had to remove part of the fence and move things in the yard out of the way. They brought the right equipment and enough workers to get it done fast. Giron's gave me a very competitive estimate on 1/6/21 and came to remove 4 trees on 1/7/21. They arrived on time with a team of 6 and the biggest trucks and both high and low tech equipment to remove large trees awkward to access on my property. They arrived on time and worked straight through , finished the removal and did a through clean up. At my request they cut up branches down from a previous storm. Best of the best! They came the first day that I called for a quote. They were on time. They got the job done quickly and seamlessly, no mess left behind. They are extremely professional.
