A cute lil ice cream spot in Sunrise! I've seen Phuse pop up on my Yelp feed before but in all pink so I was surprised to see this spot pop up with all blue. This is a newer location to the other Phuse spot in Plantation. Hidden in a plaza on University Dr, you can spot it right away if you're looking for it because its blue interior is easy to spot! Parking is super easy and we were greeted so warmly upon entry. We came here for a post-dinner treat & loved all the flavors you could choose from. They had a Guinness stout, which was so good so we had to get it, on top of a blue cone to match the interior, of course! I was also eyeing the macaron ice cream sandwiches which I've seen on their Yelp page and got the pistachio and peanut butter cup ones. They were both good but some of them in the case were cracked and the macaron itself was a little soft when we ate them. There wasn't any place inside to enjoy the treats so it seems more like a grab and go spot, so just keep that in mind! Overall, a cute place to drop by and get some treats! We saw that a new ice cream place opened up near our house so we stopped by for some dessert. As soon as you open the door you'll notice that the place is blue. Seriously everything from the walls to the carpet to the feather covered accent wall are a very fun shade of blue. There are several large freezers full of different ice cream flavors but we were there for the macaroon ice cream sandwiches. They are packaged individually with several flavor options available. We tried the cake batter and cookies and cream along with a scoop of bourbon salted caramel ice cream. The macaroons are adorable. Small enough to be the perfect little bite of cookie and ice cream. Both were very good. The ice cream was creamy and very tasty. The employee told us to visit their sister location, the pink store, in Plantation. read more

SunSentinel released an article about 2023 Dessert Wars winners Phuse Cream having its grand opening for its Sunrise location today and I had to stop by. The Sunrise location is considered the blue location and Plantation as the pink location. When I say the blue location, I mean everything is a shade of blue from ceiling to floor. There is a feather wall with a "Phuse Cream" LED logo on that is great for photos. There is so many flavors to choose and with the multiple cases that showcase the colorful options, it gets hard to choose just one. There are dairy free ice cream options and macaron ice cream sandwiches too. I ended up getting a scoop of the Baileys Salted Caramel which had the perfect sweet and salty combo and a Cookie n Cream macaron sandwich for later. I found this place by chance. Every mall I go to for some other reason I always end up looking around for hidden gems (which is not the case here). The decor is super cute and the service attendant at the store was very kind. Although there are no prices on the menu on their TV screen, which I find unacceptable for any establishment of this type that sells food, I decided to buy 2 ice cream macarons. One was dulce de leche and the other pistachio, $4 each. Super expensive for the size. The dulce de leche one was okay, not tasty but not bad either, the pistachio one was very good. It was an interesting experience but it is not a place I intend to go back to! read more

I went here with a couple of friends for a late night ice cream and we loved the decor! It was surprising to find this spot in this small shopping plaza but it is a diamond! The ice creams are delicious and they have a few vegan options which my friend liked! The girl behind the counter was so sweet and took pictures of us in front of the awesome wall.
