My Lavender Rose ice cream had a strand of blonde hair in it, and my husband's ice cream had what looked like dog hair. Not only was the ice cream disappointing, but finding hair in both scoops was disgusting. We immediately threw them away. I'm genuinely confused about how this place has such good reviews because our experience was awful from start to finish.
