In the 3 years they have managed my property they have always had the upmost professional staff and management, super responsive and willing to take the time to answer questions I had as a 1st time landlord. They always present professional options to consider but ultimately left the decision to you the owner with out pressure. Peace of Mind truly lives up to their name. There were multiple issues that should have been addressed before anyone was allowed to occupy the home. Over the course of our lease, we repeatedly reported concerns and worked through their maintenance process. Unfortunately, most situations turned into long delays, repeated visits with no resolution, or vendors being sent out without clear direction. It often felt like time was being wasted rather than problems actually being fixed. Communication was inconsistent, and we frequently had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. In several cases, issues that were previously identified were never fully addressed, and we were left dealing with the same problems again and again. What stood out the most was the lack of accountability. Instead of resolving ongoing concerns, responses often shifted responsibility or minimized the situation. After months of trying to work through everything the proper way, it became clear that getting real solutions was not a priority. We understand that property management can be complex, but tenants should not have to spend this much time chasing basic follow-through. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
