The care from the nurses, aides, and staff is second to none. They go out of their way to make sure that my needs are met and i remain healthy. Great therapy staff. They care about helping a person becoming physically fit and returning to a normal lifestyle. The food is great. The cleaning staff keeps the place immaculate.

Some of the staff that work in dietary were plan awful and didn't bring dinner until 2 hours after it was served. The social worker was nice BUT every trike we had a question she would say " I have no idea or that's not my job." The room my dad was in rarely got cleaned. There were candy wrappers and dust and dirt all over the floor. He was there for 6 weeks. So no reason for that.

They said "It is the patients responsibility to go over this with their insurance before they come to the appointment. " Not even a hint of care or concern about the negative impact this will have on our family. Terrible experience, worse after care, and makes me feel cheated and swindled. Boo this company and I would try any other practice before this one. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

My father needed help with his medications, he was too weak to go to the doctors office on his own…read moreand I couldn't get the time off work to take him myself. I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! Thanks guys!!!
