I work primarily with JC, who has been great at explaining the purpose behind everything- exercises, massage therapy, etc. Nancy and the other technicians are excellent too! Every time you walk in, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Honestly, the very first time I called to make an appointment I was impressed- not sure who I talked to, but she was absurdly nice (unusual for many doctors office receptionists I've dealt with), and SUPER flexible working to try to find appointments to fit my busy work schedule. I can't say enough about the awesome people here, and bonus- my headaches are far less frequent now!

He took 45 minutes of the first one hour initial appointment evaluating me then readjusting me and reevaluating! He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and his techniques were very effective! As I am a golfer, he personalized the majority of my stretches to the golf swing and gave me a daily routine which accelerated my progress ! After just three visits, I was able to swing a golf club again! My therapy with Josh is over but I feel equipped to stay a step ahead of any future injuries thanks to the knowledge he imparted to me! I highly recommend Josh if you want a most effective yet efficient resolution to an injury!

After speaking to Stephanie my physical therapist I understand exactly what the plan was. She explained what dry needling & what to expect. We started on the bike to warm up, then went back to a private room where another PT came in and did the needling into some muscles that were strong trigger points. Surprisingly the needling was not any more painful than a mosquito ....but wait a few hours and then the severe throbbing ,aching, burning in back and 100x more painful than usual. At this point I have only been to pt 2x due to scheduling problems. And I missed one due to illness. Friendly staff 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Handicap accessible & parking 5/5 I will update my review as sessions progress.

Jeff listened to my concerns and I was feeling better just after two visits. Appointments were always on time and one on one, which was great having no interruptions with other patients. The treatment and exercises have helped tremendously. Also, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough about how much they have helped and will make sure to send referrals there way.

Mel was very thorough and caring throughout the 2 months, with exercises and great therapy procedures in the office, plus a set of exercises to do at home in between visits. It has been very effective and I feel better and more flexible than I have felt in over a year. I also went to NovaCare in the past for frozen shoulder problems and a neck problem. Jennifer, Nicole, and Tim helped me with those issues and their care was always excellent, professional, and caring. I always feel very comfortable at this facility and welcomed by everyone. In 2020, I was trying to stretch out a kink in my back and managed to throw out my back! I could…read morebarely breathe and walking was miserable. I called them after a search of yelp reviews and they were able to get me in right away. They "threw the kitchen sink at me" and within a week I was able to move with freedom and carry most objects with a moderate level of discomfort. By the end of the following week, my pain was pretty much gone, and by the week after I was back on track with my workouts and job demands. The office is clean, professional, kind, and incredibly productive! My insurance has a bit of a high deductible, so I eventually had to cut back on the extra treatments being suggested/offered. But the adjustments were always spot on, regardless of which provider I was seeing. Fast-forward two years later and an ongoing neck issue (that I have been ignoring) has begun to cause constant headaches and migraines. I called them and they offered an appointment within an hour of my call! Due to my schedule conflicts, I had an appointment to see them two days later with a wicked migraine. Astonishingly I left much better after a session of dry needling, ultrasound treatment, and possibly the best adjustment i have ever had! By the time I took 800mg of ibuprofen, I felt like new. I know it'll take a few visits to get this resolved, but I have faith they will improve this issue very soon!

So happy with this place…read more I had a problem with my balance. All this Covid has let my muscles relax. At a drs request I reached out to ACPT. Ted had me on a routine, and within days I could see an improvement on stairs, and just walking around in general. After the sessions, Ted started me on a strengthening program, and even offered a cheaper conditioning package. When conditioning started, I was welcomed, recognized and assisted. The assisting techs are nice, they will stop to check on me never pushing and always offering. I like this place and am happy with the care.

They feel you out as a patient and come up with exercises specific to you. I was coming in after work 3 days a week and wasn't really in the mood to be there ever! Therapy was painful at the beginning, but Savleen was always encouraging and so kind and patient. She was comforting through my pain and talked me through some difficult moments. She gave me exercises to do at home on the days I didn't attend PT. Two weeks out from surgery and I have just about regained full mobility and am so grateful for the entire staff. Appointments were easy to make and the girls who work at the front desk were helpful in figuring out an insurance issue and making my frequent appointments. I was able to come to therapy after work, so scheduling was convenient. I can definitely recommend Towson PT.

She was not only seeing 4 patients at once but multitasking with each one. previously I had a therapist here, Christi, who saw me 1 on 1 and that was far more beneficial. I'm not sure what determines who gets what care but it felt like money down the drain This last go round. I ended up stopping my therapy without any relief from the pain. Also their equipment is worn and needs to be replaced. The beds are torn and gross and all equipment needs to be replaced/updated.
