Best massage I've ever had and at such a great price. Facilities are clean, and staff is very friendly. My masseuse was very attentive and found all the areas that needed the most attention. I told her to focus on my neck, but she also found other trouble areas in my shoulder that also needed attention. She made sure the pressure was comfortable, neither too hard or too soft. I walked out of this place feeling like I was floating. Worth every penny. This spa itself is small and lacks some amenities at the fancier places--don't expect complimentary champagne and chocolate. I went for a 90 minute massage. The communication was not good. The method was not consistent. When I paid for my service, the lady got nasty regarding how much I should tip her. She told me she did 90 minutes and I should give her $15.00 I had to remind her that tipping is a courtesy based on service. The table squeaked the entire tire, it is not spa like at all. Great massage and reasonable price. I called ahead and came in that same day. Massage lasted the whole 60mins and even got hot stones, which I was not expecting and loved. Only downside was you can hear other customers and employees if they're talking, but it wasn't a big distraction and was only brief. Overall, relaxing experience and great massage. read more

I do not take lightly to leaving bad reviews but I was so disappointed in the attitude of my misuse. Today was my first day coming here and I was planning to return. My massage was good but not great which was fine for a $60.00 60 minute massage but changed the whole experience for me was how I seen my misuse whole attitude change when I gave her a $10.00 tip. She snatched the tip and became so impolite and started sucking her teeth and her whole personality changed. It was as if my $10.00 wasn't good enough for her. She was really polite and smiling and talking really cheerfully up until that point. When I said thank you and have a nice day she didn't even respond back. I would definitely not recommend this place if this how you treat your customers and if you just expect a higher tip. I tip all the time but I didn't feel the experience was worth more than that. They should definitely work on their customer service if they want repeat customers and expect a higher tip. If you want a real massage this is the place. No frills no scents no extras just authentic Asian massage that does the job 100% if you want to work out muscle tension. Get over your inhibitions though. Unless you tell them (which I don't) you will be partially exposed beyond anything you maybe used to at massage envy. IE no hold back on covering your gluteals ahhhhh and it feels so good. I'm a massage envy member and enjoy going there but when I want a real true authentic massage to relieve pain I go here. And if/when I need to choose between massage envy and here (ie cant afford both any longer) I will choose here. read more

Great first time experience here. I came in as a walk-in on a Weds afternoon and they accepted me right away. The vibe is very quiet and relaxing, as they play music throughout. You walk past the entrance area and theres' 10 (give or take) treatment rooms with curtains, but still separated by walls. You can hear other therapists and any customers if they are talking but that wasn't big issue. My therapist was great. She asked about the type of pressure I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. She also threw in some hot stones for a few minutes , no additional charge, so that was awesome. The prices are reasonable, a dollar a minute and you will get your full time. This place is a miracle. I was in town for a business trip- long flight, night in hotel, then really long work day. Coco was so kind on the phone when I called and explained the horrible tension headaches and shoulder/back pain I was having. Annie the masseuse did such a WONDERFUL job! Dislike the fact that there is a $2 surcharge to use your credit card, but I can overlook that for the great service they provide. I've had a ton of massages in my life time. This is the very first place that did not have you complete some type of questionnaire, giving your history and or problem areas etc. I was greeted by one person, told to sit in the lobby area for "10 minutes" it was less than five minutes. A different person came out and said "come" motioning me to come back. She had me sit in a room, said nothing to me, just pulled back the curtain and pointed to the chair. Sat there for about 5-8 minutes. Another person came and opened the curtain and motioned me to follow her. (She was just about running) she pointed for me to go into another room, which was where the massage would take place. She said absolutely nothing just literally left me standing there. I proceeded to get undressed as other patrons walked by and could see me thru their cheesy curtains that gave you absolutely no privacy. Had I never had a massage, I would have just stood there fully clothed. Fast forward; massage was great! Employees are terrible! Her phone kept going off, she kept leaving the room to be on her phone while in the middle of massage. She used hot stones that I didn't ask for. She actually burned my right foot leaving a little blister. Once massage was over, I was not a happy patron. Their website says $10 of new customers only. They didn't want to give me that! I got it though!! Then to top it off, tried to dictate how much my tip should be. I did not tip like I would have, if I was pleased with the services. The two woman had the audacity to tell me it wasn't enough! I took my $20 tip back, left a $5 bill on the counter, and walked out!!! I had a Groupon for a couples massage for this place. Had some issues scheduling the appointment due to a language barrier, but they fit us in pretty quickly considering holidays were approaching. I ended up booking for myself and a close friend Getting there, there was no wait. They ushered us into two separate rooms, which was ok. We were not given any options as to what kind of massage and no health screening was done. We were told to undress. The rooms were not very private and depending on where you were undressing you could see into the hallway. As I was undressed with my top half, the curtain was ripped open and two employees were asking if I paid. I said I had a Groupon. They left and returned, again holding open the curtain. I showed the Groupon. They held the curtain open as I tried to grab my jacket to cover myself. There was some confusion as they made a few phone calls and ultimately accepted the Groupon. I was left alone for an additional 2.5 seconds. I was walked in on again stark naked and allowed to get under the sheet. Face down on a paper towel covering the hole. I moved the paper towel, they placed it back, ripping the paper towel so I could see through it. They got me positioned under the sheet, spread my legs a bit up on a pillow and began. The shoulder pressure was nice. The lady, I don't know her name, asked a question which I didn't understand and I should have clarified. Then my head was between her legs and she was up on the table. She proceeded to walk on my back and it was quite painful. She told me to tell her if it was too much. I couldn't quite get my breath out to tell her to stop since she was standing on my diaphragm. Thank God for the paper towel/face hole barrier. It was quite absorbent for my tears. She eventually got off and gave a nice deep tissue massage. She kept pulling the whole sheet down to get my glutes, which she didn't ask to do but I never usually mind. It was a little cold with only the sheet being below my bottom. And her positioning kept pushing my head into her pelvic area. She asked if I wanted hot stones, I said ok and she got them and told me it was $15 up charge. That's fine, she already got them. She grabs them and says "too hot too hot" and drops them on my back. They didn't burn me luckily but I felt bad for her because she kept taking deep inhalation's and switching her hand positions. After that they worked on the lower half and once again, kept exposing the whole backside. They did eventually cover the bottom and kind of fashion a backwards loincloth between the legs. I kept getting cold drafts on my lady bits which was not very relaxing. Near the end they had you flip and do a nice scalp massage, which her hands kept getting stuck in my hair and she told me my hair was too long. Finished the massage with some hand thumping to the hands and feet. They did give me privacy to get dressed without barging in and gave a small bottle of water which was nice. I felt like I got hit by a car afterwards. I found out later that evening while I was sitting on the couch with my spouse that I had bruising on my lower back. It's been a few days and my back still hurts. My friend had the same experience. No bruising but pain. She also mentioned while her bottom was uncovered people kept walking in and out of her room. I guess they don't have an assigned secretary to answer phones. I feel bad I took her with me. read more

I did not have a good experience here. I called early Saturday morning and asked to make an appointment. They told me they only had openings at 3 pm and 5 pm, so I asked for the 3 pm time slot. They took my information and booked my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, a couple walked in behind me. Nobody was at the front desk, so I waited. A woman came out from the back. I visited this afternoon and got a massage they didn't speak good English and the therapist didn't seem to care about my privacy I requested neck back and shoulders only and she kept massaging and touching my butt not just the muscles she did it all too much the rooms were private however they had curtains as the door and the sheets they cover you with were thin and uncomfortable and even when she would leave the room she left me uncovered and exposed also I have had regular massages and they keep you covered and only exposed one extremity at a time this was not the case as she kept me completely uncovered the whole time save yourself the time money and embarrassment and go elsewhere read more

Rooms were not private enough, could hear people coming in and out. I came here because I received a Groupon as a gift but I won't return. The massage itself was good, my massage therapist did a pretty good job and was thorough, but there were a lot of negative factors in my experience. The rooms are not private and you can hear other customers. There was a couple in the room next to me and the male was very loud and vulgar. He sang a vulgar song to his partner as she undressed and made comments about their sexy underwear. As part of my massage, my massage therapist knocked on my foot, and he commented that it was an ass slap and proceeded to slap his partner's ass. It was distracting and disgusting. I tried to just enjoy the rest of the massage but it was challenging. When I was leaving, my massage therapist left a sour taste in my mouth when she would not allow me to leave until I tipped her a higher amount than I felt comfortable. If you come here for a massage, expect that your experience will be influenced by the other patrons there, and PLEASE be respectful of the other customers so they can enjoy their massage too. read more
