As I was finishing up another therapist intervened and was able to resolve my issue. I ask if she would see me going forward and she agreed. If I had to see the orginal therapist I would have gone elsewhere. I have had 2 appointments with the new therapist and am extremely satisfied. Kristen is competent, knowledgeable, professional, gentle and caring. The facilty is clean, well lit and ample therapy equipment. Located in a strip mall directly off of I-264 there is ample parking as well as a covered drop off area.

I believe the therapists were all qualified however being understaffed and over booked they were not able to devote the type of attention patients need, and yet they still bill insurance as "if they were", making it unfortunate for me. I had been at this location for 1.5 months with little improvement- nothing new- same exercises from day one. I found it to be dirty and in disarray. I have since gone to another therapy group all together and have seen incredible improvement in my overall ability 3 months post op from a reverse shoulder replacement revision. I believe if they cannot properly staff this location, they should combine staff with another branch until they have the staff to properly service the patients.
