He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

My partner was looking into dental implants at Nuvia in Louisville, and the experience was so…read moreblatantly unprofessional and misleading that I honestly think this practice needs to be reviewed by reputable organizations in the area. This was our third or fourth opinion on this procedure -- we've talked to real oral surgeons, we know what's normal, and we had high hopes based on the promises made over the phone. When scheduling, we were told the entire office would be "reserved just for us," that all staff would be focused solely on our appointment, and that because their surgeons are "so busy," we needed to put down an $89 deposit to secure the spot -- even though they advertise a free consult. That alone felt off, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived, they checked us in and then vanished. After 30 minutes, they took my partner back for a quick scan, then immediately put him back in the waiting room. We waited another 45 minutes with zero communication. Eventually someone wandered by and told us we "might want to reschedule" because someone ahead of us was taking longer than expected -- which makes absolutely no sense if the entire office was supposedly dedicated to us and no one else. The story completely contradicts what we were told. We were also told the $89 deposit would be refunded immediately as long as we showed up. It's been over two weeks, and nothing has been refunded. I've called twice and keep getting vague excuses and no action. At this point, it feels intentional. The whole operation reads like a sales funnel dressed up as a medical practice. They push "24‑hour dental implants," which any legitimate oral surgeon will tell you is unsafe, unrealistic, and carries a high risk of implant failure. The entire setup feels predatory -- like they're targeting people in vulnerable situations with big promises, pressure tactics, and zero follow‑through. It gave the same energy as those pharmaceutical reps who prey on people who desperately need treatment. We walked out and immediately found a reputable practice elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing because the phone pitch made it sound like we'd receive five‑star, concierge‑level care, and what we actually got was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Between the misleading advertising, the contradictory explanations, the lack of professionalism, and the still‑unreturned deposit, this is absolutely a situation that deserves oversight from people outside the practice.

While having a pt who worked with 2 to 3 patients at a time worked great for me previously, I was not making progress bending or straightening my knee. I ended up having 3 manipulations and was scheduled for a 2nd surgery to put in a smaller knee. I was in tremendous pain and completely stressed out because of my limited ability and lack of improvement. My daughter started doing research and found Focus Physical Therapy and made an appt for me. With only a slight bit of hope, we met with Renee. After discussing my history and her assessing my knee and leg, she said she could help me. And she did. I now have full use of my leg and can bend to 120 and can straighten my leg to a 3 or 4 (my ortho dr was hoping I could get to 95 or 100 degrees). Since my knee, I had surgery on my shoulder (bicep and 2 rotator cuff tears). Of course I went back to Focus Physical Therapy. I am almost at my goal and now have full use of my shoulder- without pain. I am so grateful to Renee and the wonderful folks at Focus. My life is totally different than what it would have been, if we hadn't made that call. They are the best!

I was finally able to make it out to one of their locations and get a free consultation. It was so helpful because they learned more about me. They understood who I was. They were able to provide, good therapy in the space as well as exercises and videos that I've continued to use moving forward. I signed up for a five session package with Renee who is an incredible physical therapist and an incredible human. I really enjoyed our conversations and her willingness to help. She did dry needling for me which really helped relieve the pain and discomfort. It was truly a game changer. I also really appreciated that every time I was shown an exercise I was sent a video that was personal for me to help with my discomfort. It has truly helped me better my health and my posture and I'm so thankful for Focus PT.

The staff were very professional and the place was tidy and clean. I had some complications with skin tissue build-up which required some deep tissue massage. The staff knew exactly what to do. Milli Crowder and Kelly Condren both worked on me until I was able to complete my rehab and return to a normal life. PT can be painful at times and the staff constantly watched and gauged my reactions to reduce my suffering. I have been a patient at this location for at least ten years, off and on. I started at this location because they have a warm water therapy pool with assistant devices to get you in and out of the pool if needed. When I first started there I could do the small flight of stairs to the pool deck and even climbed the ladder in and out of the pool. Due to rapid decline of my back, hip and knees I progressed to climbing the stairs side stepping but using the chair lift to be lowered in and out of the pool. With all the devoted care I was given the facility managed to beat the odds until this past winter when I finally became wheelchair bound or scooted my way in and out of the facility on a wheeled seated rollator walker. Not a problem for these capable PTs and Assistant PTs they lowered the chair lift down to the floor and assisted my transfer onto the chairlift . Then it was "elevator up" rotate the chair and lower me down into the pool. Because of the exercise I did in the pool my orthopedic surgeon said the first knee replacement went much easier and was a success. Once again against the odds, if it wasn't a success my orthopedic surgeon said in my case revision surgery would not be an option but I would require a amputation. After my Total Knee Replacement of the left knee I went through KORT Home Health to make the transition back to therapy at KORT TYLER CENTER easier. The big change was a two month period of treatment without the pool. The advantage this facility knows all my disabilities so they worked on range of motion and strengthening my left leg. They didn't ignore the right but knew my limitations so I wasn't pressured to make great gains with the right. They also know that all my sessions for years on end end with laying flat on my back on a large heating pad and raising my knees on a wedge with ice packs on each knee. Now I'm back in the warm water pool working on all parts of my body but especially strengthening the right knee in preparation this Spring of another total knee replacement. Even though I'm doing a full range of exercises in the pool I get to start each session riding the bike with just my left leg while my right leg dangles off to the side. The Therapists know what equipment can be used best to get the desired result. THANKFUL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THE CARE I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THIS FACIKITY! Even though they don't have as many Therapists right now as usual the care they provide to their clients is A+.

When you reach out to question the bill, they refer you to the parent company's billing department, who then refer you back to the local branch.
