After my previous doctor's office closed they transferred my account to Therapies4Kids. In monthly…read morephone calls, a registered nurse would speak to me for about 5 minutes, rushing to get off the phone, for which I paid a $15 copay each month with my insurance covering the rest. Having not used their services for well over a year after moving out of Florida, I have now been contacted multiple times by Elaine in the billing office telling me I owe them money for a visit in August 2021. After checking my credit card statements I found the copay they collected at the time and Elaine agreed I paid it. She then said they charged my insurance company $675 for that 5 minute call which, of course, the insurance company was not going to cover an outrageous charge. They now want me to pay this charge over 2 years later. I would recommend everyone avoid this scam business and, if you are already using them, beware their tactics and look elsewhere for your care.
