The staff at the front desk are nice but they are insanely tough to get a hold of. I had to call back to back multiple times over a few different days before I finally got a return on my phone calls to confirm a couple appointments. The place is spacious and they have a handful of different gym machines such as a leg press and elliptical. Everything is in up to date shape and wiped down between clients. The PT was very friendly and even gave us papers with the exercises and stretches to do at home, as well as a couple different strength elastic bands so they would be able to be used at home as well. Overall it's a great location and some friendly staff. If I have to come back for something when it comes to PT I'll make sure to come here!

When I was here doing some sessions because of a fall at work, the PT's were all talking about what they were doing over the weekend as well as giving good recommendations about new places to try, to their patients. The location is very easy to find but there isn't too much parking, so it may be difficult to get a spot when it tends to get busier. There also isn't much seating in the lobby area so just a heads up! The therapy/office area is one giant open area with many different machines around it to work on, depending what you need help with. My PT was super friendly, made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and how to do it as well as gave me some resistance bands and exercises printed out to do at home in between sessions. I will come back here in the future if I ever need more stretching or therapy for sure!

So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

I've done 5 visits here so far…read more I've been seen and treated by both Dr. Mike Surdis and Dr. Cherry. Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. I saw a total of four foot and ankle surgeons and Dr Steinlauf was by far the best. He spent over an hour with me, during my visit, and showed great patience, compassion and empathy with me. He answered all my questions and was straight up with me regarding my diagnosis and prognosis. Afterwards, I reached out to my network and I got in touch with the NY Jets team orthopedist. He told me that Dr Steinlauf is the best surgeon he has ever worked with and if he was going under the knife, it would be Steinlauf who would perform his surgery. My surgery was over 4 hours and I will be in recovery for awhile, but I know I am in the best hands. If you're looking for a foot and ankle doctor, Steinlauf is your guy.
