Unfortunately, the office was closed (11am) which was somewhat a surprise, no office hours listed on front door. As we left, the owner arrived with a stark look on her face, inquiring what do we need, rather than a simple"Good morning, how can I be of any assistance, I am the owner.,,, Her assistant opened the office door, and she made no attempt to speak with us to address our needs, but rather sat down on the front bench, speaking with an outsider, ignoring us completely. We proceeded to tell the assistant that it was her responsibility to tend to prospective customers, and that we were in no way continue waiting for her to come inside. We immediately left, and she made no attempt to either communicate or apologize for such rude behavior. Not recommended!!!!

I was so happy to see that someone cared enough to get to know my son and look more into his diagnosis to help him out. I'm giving the business 3 stars for hiring wonderful people, but taking away two stars for lack of organization. My son doesn't do well with change so I have him on a daily schedule to keep him from getting over worked and hyper. When I first got to south FL I spoke with the girl at the front desk and requested the same days same hours for my boy and she scheduled him and told me all was done. I even asked if he was scheduled to he with the same two therapist that did his evaluation and she said "yes". The first few weeks went well, then I'd show up and my boy would be scheduled with some random person which in return would say to me "he had trouble following directions and sitting still" well of course he did, he doesn't know you or your rules!! I spoke with one of his therapist to ask about the scheduling and she replied with "truth is we don't really know who we have and at what hour until we get here. I just come in and check my schedule for the day but that doesn't mean it will stay like that for the week". Not good... After about 4 months the randomness of it all was ridiculous!! I would get reminder phone calls of his upcoming appointments and the times would be different than originally scheduled, and they had started asking us to come in on different days because of scheduling issues. And when there is a holiday coming everything is up in the air. I understand that people take days off for the holidays but to tell me that I had to call to get "first pick" of whatever is left is a little off to me. Towards the last few months of my son and I living in south FL he had all new therapist (which he didn't like) and was having trouble getting anything out of his sessions due to his impulsivity and lack of attention to what was being asked of him. Very unfortunate. The last thing would be that they wait until the insurance referral would runout before requesting a new one!! My son would have to wait a week or two before being seen again because they had to "put in the request for the referral and wait for the insurance to approve it". The other therapy company my son was with would never have us wait for reapproval, they would only notify me that they requested it but my son never missed a day of therapy. Pros: *Everyone is very pleasant to work with. *Therapists are knowledgeable. *Clean space. Cons: *The lack of organization on scheduling. *Days of wait time instead of getting the much needed therapy. *Constant confirmation calls even if you're there 4 days out of the week, every week!!

Perhaps Luna is okay for minor injuries or surgical procedures however, they are totally unprepared…read moreand unequipped for major surgery physical therapy. I had a total knee replacement, and the therapist was not equipped with even the basic PT equipment such as step platforms, non-slip pads, folding chairs, foam rollers, etc. The therapy provided for joint replacement was both ineffective and rather dangerous without proper equipment. Case in point, the therapist used a resistance band that was sized wrong and with no padding and I still have an indentation near my ankle from the resistance band digging into my skin after two weeks. That is downright incompetence and malpractice. See photo. My response to Luna's reply.... It wasn't a multitude of sessions at all, and I stopped immediately with my surgeon's permission after your therapist injured my ankle. Also, be careful with what you reveal about my sessions as you are venturing into a public HIPAA violation.
