The monthly plan is expensive for what you actually receive, and their billing practices have been unacceptable in my case. Last month alone, they charged my debit card five separate times to collect their fees all at once. After paying well over $250, I had only been seen twice. To make matters worse, when I went in for my appointment today, the receptionist immediately told me I still owed a balance. There was no effort to understand what had happened with the multiple charges or to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with a smug, dismissive attitude that made it clear customer service wasn't a priority. At that point, I told them to cancel every plan associated with my account. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect transparent billing, respectful treatment, and employees who are interested in helping customers rather than making them feel like they're the problem. There are too many chiropractors who value their patients to continue doing business with a company that operates this way. Was using this facility approximately 4 months after having surgery for a separated bicep tendon and rotator cuff . Wasn't a fan of what we had to do at first (hurt like hell)but fast forward 3/4 months and I found myself looking forward to visiting with Mark during therapy. He kept it interesting and made it somewhat fun. Regardless it's up to you to do the therapy work and the staff here will keep you inspired . Thanks again for the quick recovery. A couple of years ago, Dr. Tran sent me to an urgent care for an Xray & I was extremely surprised when he personally called me around 7pm (after hours) to ask if I was feeling better/what they diagnosed me with. Short people get the best care. If a med aid calls in on a short term house they pull from long term making them wait on their meds.
