Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

I saw Emily, NP, and she was knowledgeable, kind and at no time did she appear rushed. I had a lot of questions as well as medications that needed to be refilled. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Probably spent an hour with me which is unheard of in today's treatment of patients. Also, I was impressed with how clean the office, bathroom and exam room was. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent treatment and great office hours.

I attempted…read moreto set them up as my primary, only to pay $95 for my first office visit (and I have good insurance, bcbs) and then some routine lab work I've had done many times before with the same insurance, that cost $35 elsewhere somehow amounting to $250 here. I wasn't made aware of that until well after the fact. While I will say they are friendly, I also did not get prescriptions I needed called in (non controlled substances, just maintenence) after calling three times. My first office visit also took three hours for no discernable reason. I just sat in the exam room. Skip this place.

I ask for a referral several times for a diabetic specialist, I never got that. so basically my life was in their hands, people you don't play with diabetes like that. you are the worst unprofessional staff for healthcare that I have ever encountered. and always make sure you call in the meds before you go out to party. I heard it all and how you cant wait to get out. we are patients with illnesses. we could care less about your love life and night lives.
