I showed her the card SHE wrote with time and date and she basically told me oh well sorry... I don't live in Cleveland. I drive many miles there to receive services I can't where I live and to be made feel as if I did something wrong is appalling. I have a history of skin cancer and need to see a dermatologist for follow ups but won't be using this establishment due to the fact they are in association/business with the rude, superficial, idiots across the seating area.

I called the cancer center, no one helped me, not their responsibility. I told them I am cash pay I need to approve charges ahead of time. I work P/T and take care of an elderly mother. This is a great problem on someone making very little money. This is very unprofessional. All they told me was "you don't owe us anything, that is a charge from an outside facility". Yes, a charge that they sent to a test lab, that I didn't approve. I will tell people NEVER GO HERE!!! Find somewhere else unless you have insurance that pays everything for you and you don't care how much the insurance company is paying. It is different when you have to pay it yourself and you didn't approve the test ahead of time!
