Just for her to say I do good on a medicine that I don't do good on. She slanders me. I can't trust her being in there. I think all doctors do this, and this one may be pretty good in comparison. He did say he was going to take all things into consideration. But now that I think of it he's probably even better since he declined me taking a medicine I didn't want to be on. They also don't prioritize looking at MyChart, and they don't prioritize the introduction appointments that are default on there. I Don't know if they are ever going to let me do an appointment for bone health. AND, the front desk staff, nurses, and billing workers on the phone though are not nice. Everyone nowadays is difficult, pushy, outright disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude. This place included. Edit (would've gave a lower rating): Also importantly, the nurses were telling me that they couldn't do my injection in my leg and instead have to do it on my butt. That is not true! That is more painful, and inappropriate. They aren't comforting and instead are very strange about saying to put it in your butt. Like they have no sense that women are and should be modest. Women and even men in the south are disrespectful, ghetto, and agitated for no reason. They get on edge about the slightest things. On the phone they want to rush you and cut you off and not give you all the necessary information and it's simply not alright that they are cutting you off customers have important concerns and things to say that they don't even want to hear the basic info. It's unreal. Also It probably says on the box you can do it in the leg. The fact that they don't know this even though every single time I've done it for multiple months I was able to do it there is BAD SERVICE. I could've got JUMPED by them. They don't know ANYTHING by the way. It's not hard to know where You're supposed to put an injection as a nurse. This is RIDICULOUS.

I have been seeing her for years and she is always on top of my health care needs. I came to her after having a bad experience with my prior nephrologist and she has never let me down. I have polycystic kidney disease and it can be challenging in so many ways. She is the perfect doctor to help me manage everything that comes with this horrible disease. The office staff is helpful as well. All I have to do is call and they assist me with appointments, labs, questions, or anything that I need. Eastern Nephrology in Greenville is wonderful and I recommend them to anyone needing great healthcare.

I attended Dr. Baccerra's office for my brother's care. In the beginner the care was great. There…read morewas an occasional issue with medication refills. On September, 23 my brother did blood work on a Monday and always had an office visit several days later. When I called a week or so later I was told he was to have a physical, not an office visit. This has never been the case... I am his Healthcare. Power of Attorney so I knew that was not correct and nobody had told me. I asked about his blood work to be told it was incomplete. I asked why I was told to call Lab Corp to see what the hold-up was. I called Lab Corpor only to be told the sample received was not usable and they had advised the doctor's office. The Lady also explained they should have given me a call to schedule more blood work. I called Dr. Baccerra's office back and was told to bring him in. The CBC was done and no call to advise of the results. I again visited the doctor's office and asked why I wasn't called with the results. It was written on the blood work to make sure POA got a copy. Today was his office visit they still saying physical was for the visit. I told Dr. Baccerra that there was a mix-up and discussed the issues I had from the previous interaction with his office. He began to tell me in so many words that I was wrong about the blood work. When I finally pinned him on the fact that I was right. He proceeded to discharge my brother from his practice. And became some what combative and accusing me of being rude. I asked for better clarification for the mix-up. I couldn't believe he would discharge a 73-year-old patient. Instead of an apology, he became angrier. and because he wasn't telling the truth he rather discharge my brother. I got his license number and left the office. My goal was to ensure my brother got the best care due to his age. If you are not satisfied with a doctor's explanation you can ask them to clarify. If they discharge you that is not the practice for you. Please locate a doctor who takes your concerns seriously.
