1st I set an appointment for 815am and still didn't call back till about 9am. It was okay b/c it was Sunday so I had nothing to do, but why have it where you can set appointment. Btw...the front desk was excellent. 2nd The NP that I saw for shingles didn't even offer me no pain meds. Although I had blisters on my left inner and outer thigh with swelling, buttock and back. NP told me that I needed only 3days off (although I have Personal Paid PTO) from work. I just read that at my stage of shingles(blisters) was very contagious. I should have been out till the blister had dried and crusting. I think she thought I was trying to get some extra time off, NO NP...I just didn't want to be at work in pain, barely being able to sit or walk and contagious. I been at my jobs for 26yrs so I get 224hrs. of Paid PTO a yr. and 480hrs FMLA. I bet she stayed out more than 3days with her shingles. 3rd I talk to NP today to tell her my note for the 3days includes Sunday (day I came into the ofc). I don't work weekends just Mon-Fri. She said well I'm sorry I'm not giving you 5days. I didn't ask for 5days I just needed her to specify Mon-Wed although I could have been off longer b/c it was SHINGLES. It was the principles of the situation even though my supervisor understood that Shingles is very painful. I express to her that I will not be returning back to this urgent care I will continue with Physician East Urgent Care if open or what I dread the hospital if needed. Thank you for what you did do by prescribing the meds for the shingles, but I had to come back on Thursday for you to see that I needed some prednisone for swelling so thank you again. read more

I had a pretty concerning cramp in my wrist and hand that happened three times to me at work, combined with general arm pain in both of my arms that prohibit me from working as much as I used to. Reported the injury to my job, and after persistent symptoms, they sent me here. Had to go the next day because they were at capacity, that's fine. I arrived here this morning. Told the nurse my symptoms, waited for the first doctor. The first doctor wasn't versed in orthopedics and I had to wait longer for the second. I started with the initial cramp I had that made me concerned enough to report it in the first place. I didn't even get a chance to mention the general arm pain before he interrupted me saying "that's a cramp. you're probably dehydrated" and made me take a urine test. Had to wait longer after that. He told me my urine was normal, it was just a Charlie horse and it's not even related to my work (despite me constantly working lifting objects and using my hands a lot at least 5 hours a day). He told me this is a concern for my Primary Care doctor and not him and sent me on my way. He even made a joke about how I "missed" them from a previous claim where I had a second degree burn, saying that I "missed" them. I just felt stupid for even coming there. But I guess if my job lists this place as the only option for work comp related injuries, it makes sense that they choose dismissive doctors so employees can just get back to work. If giving zero stars were possible, that is what I would give. I went into this urgent care because of pain, swelling, and redness in my finger that was only getting worse. I suspected maybe a broken finger or sprain but wanted to get an opinion from a medical professional. The "provider" did not ask me any questions. He did not ask when it started, how it felt, or any of my symptoms. He simply walked into the room after getting my xray results and said "There's no broken bones, it's just a contusion" and sent me on my way. Meanwhile I can barely bend my finger and am in extreme pain. Several days later I go to a different urgent care and turns out it is a serious bacterial infection. My symptoms could have been maintained and the infection lesser if the provider here had done his job. Do not go here if you have a legitimate concern. read more

My wife was sick, and with it being Sunday, there were very limited options available. We live in Washington, where nothing is open on Sundays, so we had to drive to Greenville. Before coming here, I checked online to see if appointments were necessary, which, according to their website, they are not. We got here before they opened at 8, and on the door it says "no appointment needed." When we walked in, the person at the front desk said that they were only taking people who had appointments and that we could come back tomorrow. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

Very misleading website, by book appointment they mean book a check in time apparently. I get there 15 minutes before a sports physical appointment for my daughter and ended up waiting over an hour after my "check-in" time before even being called back. Website needs to be updated so people don't think they have an appointment and ended up just being a walk in. read more

Head Doctor would not provide me medicine for my ongoing condition that I have had my whole life. I explained everything and he only would send me to the ER because "he wont treat something he doesn't know what it is" Also acted like i was dumb for even asking for it . Idk why I keep coming back here. Came here when there was no wait at 8:30 when they opened and apparently they couldn't do anything. Is that not the point of urgent care. Fast forward, appointment at 3:30pm got here at 3:15, paperwork done by 3:25 and have now been here for over an hour. If you want to waste time waiting in a room for half of your day, with no amenities available; no tvs no waiting in your car text service or anything of that nature, feel free to waste your time here. The previous reviews left me very apprehensive about visiting this location but everything met my high standards during my visit for a preemployment Physical. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived for my prescheduled appointment. Customer service was able to schedule me online and the reminder text messages were very helpful. I arrived at opening and was able to check in quickly. I met with Reyna who explained the drug screening urinalysis and completed weight, temperature and blood pressure. Bliss did the provider portion of the exam screening, I provided urine and I was out in no time. Very simple and very easy. I sat in the waiting area no more than 8 minutes tops when completing registration. Surprisingly this visit fit the name of the company. Fast. read more

This place is just ridiculous! Slowmed is more like it! I made an appt on line and checked in for that appt the evening before its occurrence. When I arrived I waited 1.25 hours to be seen because it doesn't matter if you have an appt they see you in the order you check in! The bug BUT is that checkin time starts when you check in at the front desk there. Not with the on line checkin. Soooo, you won't save time by checking in online. This place should be more transparent to the fact "You are seen in the order you personally check in, regardless of any appts already made" This should be a disclaimer on the site! I hope I never have to come back. If I do I will just walk in very early in the morning. You can do better than this. I see I am not the only one who finds this practice underhanded. Chang it! I went there for help with an injury to my foot caused by my dog at 5 pm. I was told that I needed an appointment. I have never heard of an urgent care requiring an appointment. I came for a pre employment drug screen after i left my first job. Battled rush hour traffic. And made it to the place before 6pm. There was one person in the waiting room. And the woman behind the desk said they were backed up. And werent doing drug screens. To come back in the morning. So here i am. Standing outside in 24° weather. 23rd in line. Fast Med...NOT accurate. I had appointment at 10am, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and wasn't called back until 11:20! Other patients without appointments that showed up AFTER I did were called before me. I had to eventually tell the front office but still had to wait another 30 minutes before being called back. Front desk staff is helpful and kind. Did not see a doctor but the PA who saw me on two occasions downplayed my symptoms and even cracked a joke about one. My throat was incredibly swollen and I was coughing terribly plus many other symptoms but I was refused a Covid test and told I didn't need one because I am vaccinated! I saw Kimberly Thompson-Tucker on September 5,2023. She was extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions in depth. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was in and out in about an hour. The receptionist was very nice and courteous. I didn't feel like I was intruding on their time. The assistant that checked my vital signs was just as courteous and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend using this provider. You have to have an appointment due to staffing shortage but aside from that, they are great. read more

I booked an appointment online, confirmed, verified, filled out the forms, etc. Got there 15 minutes early and checked in online. The web portal said I was checked in and should wait for my name to be called. So I waited... and waited... and 15 minutes past my appointment time, I went to the desk to see if there was anything else I needed to do. Was told that all check ins had to be done in person at the desk. There weren't any signs indicating that. Why have electronic check in if it doesn't do anything? I was finally seen 2 hours after my meaningless electronic check in, 1 he 45 minutes after my appointment time, and 1 and a half hours after my in-person check in. This place is anything but fast. I made an "appointment" for a work physical. Upon arriving I was informed that it was really a "time slot" and that sick clients would be seen first. Three hours later I am still waiting (after paying $108). I knew I was screwed when sick kids started coming in. The front desk people were abrupt and not at all welcoming.
