Wow. Let's start from the beginning, I was feeling terrible all week, went to Northwestern urgent care in the city on Friday, told them my issues and they sent me home with ear drops. Symptoms worsened, faced swelled even worse and swallowing/talking were bringing me to tears and I could barely open my mouth so I went to Physicians Care on Saturday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The receptionist was so kind, as well as the RN, then I got to meet Dr Augier.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Saying she was so caring and patient doesn't even begin to explain it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She said "I could send you off with an antibiotic and steroid but I wouldn't sleep tonight because I'd be worried about you". She sent me to the ER- turns out I have an abscess that was blocking part of my throat and needed a procedure done immediately. I woke up today feeling almost 100% bc she didn't brush me off like the previous place did. If I could make her my primary physician, I would! read more

I'm currently in the physicians immediate care right here on Lake Street. I supposed to be receiving care from the physician, but I've been here since before one maybe a little bit like 1255 or 1240 I came here been here haven't got seen when I first arrive. It was questioned as to my insurance which was in their file system, but the lady stated that it wasn't. I did pull up the email providing that the email was already sent verifying my insurance card. Now I'm currently in the back room. No one was notified that I was in here apparently because I was left in here and no one came and checked on me only one person came to see about my needs in that time and only because I came out the room myself and she was a nice person the CNA other than that I have been mistreated and my health concerns have not been acknowledged Also just to disclose I have a serious vaginal issue from a chemical burn from a hair removal product that I used and I'm not receiving any care and it happened over three hours ago read more

I went to this urgent care in Addison, I was a walk-in [[HIGHLIGHT]]the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Check in was quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I went back to a room after only say 10 minutes of waiting. The tech was very nice and told me what she would be doing. The doctor was very through in looking at me and very kind and understanding. I would absolutely go there again. We made an appointment and did all the checkin paperwork online beforehand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Walked in on a Sun morning with a 10:20 appointment and my daughter got called right in. We were in and out in 20 minutes! She said doctors were amazing and very attentive. They diagnosed her bronchitis and a muscle pull, prescribed meds and exercises. Beautiful clean cheerful office! Sitting in the waiting room now, second time with an appointment, first 3 hr wait, now going on 45 minutes..... they have taken in walk ins before me with an appointment. From reading the previous reviews this is normal here. No respect for peoples time. Don't bother making appointments. The time is not honored. read more

I typically do not take the time to write a review. But, my level of frustration and disappointment warrants one. Let's start with the fact that I made an appointment, was told to show up fifteen minutes early; followed all items that were requested of me and then waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen after my appointment time. This is not a great facility. My daughter was misdiagnosed here and went on to suffer another two weeks with a chronic cough. She is prone to bronchitis and when she mentioned this to the Dr. at her visit, he brushed her off and told her she had asthma. Which is false. She is 21 and has never had a history of asthma in her life. She had been coughing for a few weeks already and he diagnosed her with asthma and prescribed a steroid and an inhaler. Today, she was clinically diagnosed with bronchitis by a physician at Elmhurst Clinic. It continued to get worse. Will not come here again. read more

I had a mild cut on my hand and it felt like I was at home there getting the best treatment possible while maintaining a very busy lobby area everyone there was super nice and helpful and Maria was very one of the best nurses anyone could ask for! read more

My sister went in because she has a sinus infection and needed antibiotics to clear it up. She gets sinus infections often, and through her experience, knows that it only goes away with 10-day antibiotics. The PA that saw her, Rachel Ruzevich, was rude from the start and made it apparent that she did not want to be there. She would not listen to my sister's concerns and her experience with this before. She did not want to prescribe her antibiotics and wanted her to wait it out for a whole week to see if it gets better or not. My sister is a teacher, and she needs to be able to breathe properly so that she can teach her class. She can't wait a week. After insisting on being prescribed antibiotics, the PA gave her one. But my sister came home and realized she prescribed her antibiotics for only 7 days when she asked for 10. My mom tried calling the office to get it changed, but the PA would not hear it. Very disrespectful and degrading service. Would not recommend. read more
