I was told if I have no pain after these tests due to the numbing medication they inject near your nerves you are a candidate for this nerve ablation that should give relief for 6-18 months. I finally had it done in December of 2025. I had some minor relief, maybe 10-20% and now I am much worse. It is February. His solution is now to burn nerves in my vertebrae. Between the miscommunication, the office constantly trying to call you and reschedule your appointments and the feeling like you are on just a conveyor belt with other patients getting the same procedures done, I would not recommend anyone go here. I hated this whole process and now I am worse. I can't get that time and money back, God only knows if my body will heal.

She couldn't say enough about how well he took care of her and her family before they moved out of the area. We decided to give him a try. My family has been seeing him ever since. He is great. He does ask the right questions and answers your questions if you have them. He's very personable. His new location which they have been at for several years now is a one stop shop so to speak so if you need an X-ray or blood draw it's far more convenient now than before. I highly recommend Dr Kalenowski.

I pleaded with him to do something about the pain, and all he said was "it will go away" Saw another doctor the following day, who immediately put me on strong antibiotics, and was astonished that my doctor did nothing. Called Kalenowski's office a few days later, spoke to HR about my pointless visit and suggested they not bill my insurance company after making me see another doctor to get proper treatment. She called me back a week later and said Dr. Kalenowski is going to bill my insurance even after his pointless checkup. He's lost a customer (3 actually, the rest of my family used to see him) and I am going to fight him with my insurance company. I'm done with his rude and arrogant attitude.

Since I cannot take any NSAIDS and am resistant to opiates, this little device has enabled me to do more than I have in 25+ years! There are even times I can turn it off for a day or so!! Now I am working on getting approved for a second implant to go up into my neck helping me exist with obliterated shoulders, torn biceps, carpal tunnel which has returned after three surgeries, etc. I cannot say enough about Dr's Belmonte and Lee. Together they have been trying to get me some relief thru procedures (epidurals, facet injections, SI Joint injections, etc.). Relying on procedures for over 20 yrs has not allowed me to manage my pain myself. Utilizing my implant has given me some control and management of my pain. I have always worked hard physically regardless of my arthritis, disc issues, artificial hip and torn SI Joint. Working with the help of the implant has been a wonderful life changing journey. I look forward to getting some relief in my upper body.

Well, it pumps up with air and then you release the air with a button to take it off. It was too confusing for her to use it so she just stopped! I took her in for a follow up appointment and told Dr. Peterson that this boot was too difficult for her to use. He said he would give her an ankle brace so she could still wear her shoe. Dr Peterson did a thorough exam and we felt like he listened to our concerns. We then we're handed off to an assistant who fitted an ankle brace on mom. It had shoelace ties that you didn't have to tie (thank goodness) and multiple Velcro straps that wrap around under your arch snd back to the ankle area. Ok, we'll give this one a try. By the next day it was clear that this ankle brace was too difficult for mom to put on herself as well. I ended up going to a medical supply pharmacy and buying one off the shelf that is a little easier for mom to manage. At least she will wear the over the counter model, which is better than not wearing one at all. We have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks so hopefully the ligaments around her ankle have had time to heal. Overall we had a good experience at Suburban Orthopedics.
