I was told if I have no pain after these tests due to the numbing medication they inject near your nerves you are a candidate for this nerve ablation that should give relief for 6-18 months. I finally had it done in December of 2025. I had some minor relief, maybe 10-20% and now I am much worse. It is February. His solution is now to burn nerves in my vertebrae. Between the miscommunication, the office constantly trying to call you and reschedule your appointments and the feeling like you are on just a conveyor belt with other patients getting the same procedures done, I would not recommend anyone go here. She couldn't say enough about how well he took care of her and her family before they moved out of the area. We decided to give him a try. My family has been seeing him ever since. He is great. He does ask the right questions and answers your questions if you have them. He's very personable. His new location which they have been at for several years now is a one stop shop so to speak so if you need an X-ray or blood draw it's far more convenient now than before. I highly recommend Dr Kalenowski.

Then within 8 days of making a payment he got sent to collections which we paid off in full once we got that call. How insane that we attempted twice to pay within the same two weeks, given the run around about the system, then get sent to collections within days of making a large payment. Their prices seem extremely high compared to other practices. My husband did like the doctor so he decided to go back for another knee consultation where they told him he needed more PT, told him the price per session based on his insurance would be $15 per session. We got an $1500 bill with the PT sessions being anywhere from $68 to $135. They lie. Will never give them any business again. Avoid.
