Overcharged for a simple urinary tract infection test. $600+ . Trying to resolve through the billing office is maddening. I have called 4x with no resolution. Call center employees are clueless and do nothing to help. There is no one higher up to speak with. I can't talk to a reviewer. I would not recommend going to any of these establishments for this reason. If you have billing issues, you will never get resolution. Total rip off. read more

Everyone was angry. The woman who checked me in was rude and kept loudly complaining to a co worker that she "had to many patients". 3 patients was overwhelming I guess to check in. It's a good thing they don't work at a real hospital. read more

I had to come to this location two separate times for a TB test I needed done for work. The first time they asked me to come back for results when there wasn't a physician there to read the result. The second time I came to get my results read after getting the test done at another location and it took 45 minutes past the appointment time to even get me back into a room. They could not figure out my paperwork for 30 minutes. Just absolutely ridiculous and would recommend any location other than this one read more

This place would honestly get 5 stars from me if they didn't butcher my pregnant wife's appointment. My sister had walking pneumonia you could hear it in her lungs she got antibiotics and was good a week later, I got pneumonia or something adjacent (my sister and I smoked together so one can use logics to assume it's probably pneumonia) I waited 5 days before going to this urgent care. By that time I was doing poorly and feeling absolutely terrible even though my vitals said otherwise and they couldn't hear anything in my lungs. My lungs were swollen hurting my back and felt like I was breathing fluid half of the time. They gave me antibiotics and 5 days later I'm back to normal. Now here comes with my wife with the same exact issues as me just a few days after my appointment (so they have my appointment on record here they can see how my issue was resolved) they tell her she has a simple cold and give her no medicine (a quick one and done) it's been a few days and now my pregnant wife is significantly worse and just like how I was, she can barley breathe! :). Now my wife is sick as a dog 27 weeks pregnant I'm perfectly healthy. This could have been resolved by taking the same course of action they did with me... I have zero clue why they went the easy route with the pregnant one and not me.. it seems backwards. Regardless we will not be going here anymore. Im not giving them one star as my personal experience was good and my one other experience was also good. So if this place actually reads reviews whoever the nice lady that helped me and gave me antibiotics because she had a gut feeling. You were right I was not going to recover without antibiotics, you're great at using critical thinking and I appreciate you. The lady who checked my wife out, you were nice but you did not seem to give a flying sh*t about the underlying issue that was present. At least not as much as who helped me, clearly her intuition is leagues ahead of the average. read more

Horrible experience, told to check in online. Was prompted to pay over $100... went to the desk to ask because with my insurance it's a $35 copay. Response was dismissive, "oh yeah, it's a known problem we have a new system". So, to someone who doesn't realize in the moment, they're being scammed! Guess what.. got a bill for $160!!! They still never adjustment my insurance on there. Been trying to call billing for weeks... sit on hold for 40 minutes. What a joke. Also they did a quick strep test, said I was fine. My initial visit was very good, only because there was blood. My follow up was terrible. I waited and then finally left and was told a tech went on lunch. How is that even possible. They can leave patients waiting so they could go to lunch. Their time is no more valuable than mine. I will take my stitches out myself in 9 days if I have to. read more

First of all the customer service was way lower than standards was in and out so fast with little clue on what to do! I went in and had an outrageous wait time considering I could barely walk! The person at the front desk was fighting with us about our insurance and the co pay because we had meet the deductible. When I finally got in the nurse can in and took vitals she was fine and was seemly nice but when the doctor came in he didn't even order an X-ray I was there with foot pain from a previous injury and was seen as if it was muscular when the pain was primary in the bones. He gave me a stretching brace and sent me off and told me if it didn't get better to go to a physician. Within days of wearing the brace my foot started going numb for times and it was causing more pain. I went to a licensed pediatrist and had an X-Ray taken. The bone in my foot was shattered and shredding my posterior tibual tendon. I was then ordered to and MRI to see the damage. After I got the MRI we were told to schedule surgery immediately as they didn't know if I would walk again. They also said the stretching brace I was wearing was making it way worse and that wasn't even a treatment for what was wrong. When I got out of surgery they said it was way worse than they thought and I would be lucky if I could turn my foot in ever again. Luckily I was able to. I am now healed but having surgery on the other foot for the same issue. I would never recommend this place. They cost me a whole visit and tons of time that could have made my outcome better. This place is ok for colds and stuff but not for bone Injuries or anything like that. This is my second time getting misdiagnosed here with a bone injury. Never going back the urgent care in Woodstock is so much better!!!! read more

We arrived at 8am and waited well over 2 hours to be seen. In the 2 hours we waited, they saw a grand total of 3 patients as we sat in the waiting room. I'm not sure how that is possible at an immediate care. 2 of them went back, we're seen, and left before we got called in. An employee said they had another doctor come in at 9 to help, but if that were the case, he or she only saw 1 person between 9 and 10am. We have always had great results at the Crystal Lake locaction. I called them and they had every room full but estimated the wait time at 15 minutes. If we had not been called back to see the doctor while I was on the phone, we would have left and still been seen by them before the doctor even came into our room. How do you now have more than 1 doctor and/or a LNP at an immediate care.... read more

This is hands down the WORST service I've ever received. My two daughters and I waited over 2 hours, which we expected. The doctor was beyond rude. He asked me what my symptoms were, so I told him. Midway through my sentence, he cut me off. Repeatedly. He told me I did not have a sinus infection before he even examined me or listened to my full list of symptoms. He misdiagnosed my daughter. I had to take her to an actual urgent care that listens two days later for a double ear infection. My husband missed two days of work that could have been avoided if she were diagnosed correctly the first time. The customer service after the visit has been horrendous. I've tried calling, emailing, leaving voicemails...nobody cares. I am disgusted that this place is even running and operating and calling themselves an urgent care clinic. Do better. read more

Rude, rushed, and unprofessional. Attending nurse AND doctor didn't introduce themselves, they were both equally ill-mannered and careless. The patient (my brother with sensory issues) presented with a fever, sore throat, and overall discomfort. Nurse made inappropriate comments towards the patient and called him a "big baby" when he commented the BP cuff was tight. The doctor was no better. He did not perform a proper examination of the patient presenting with a fever (no examination of ears, lungs, lymph nodes) -- simply looked at his throat with a flash light and told him in a condescending tone, "I've seen 20 of these today. It's viral pharyngitis. I can't treat that." Not only did we leave the clinic without appropriate answers (vital signs were not verbally presented either), but they didn't even provide us with a printout of the visit. Patient safety and compassion is clearly not a priority at this clinic. read more

Made appointment, pre-registered, arrived on time. We were first on the board with a 0-10 minute wait time. No one else in waiting room, no one in rooms in the back. Waited in the room for 40 minutes, stepped out and asked how much longer. Was told we were next. At one hour we decided to leave. The doctor was sitting at the computer and I advised her we were leaving, and she said "OK". She didn't ask why, and didn't she didn't have any concerns about a sick patient leaving. After pressing her for an explanation, she said she was the only provider. That is still no excuse for allowing your "next" patient to wait an hour with no care, acknowledgement, or attempt to remedy. Seems this doctors priority is sitting at the computer rather than seeing patients. The timer on our door was 61 minutes. We encountered this problem in August with the same doctor for a physical. Lesson learned. Will never return read more
