Six months down the line I recieved a notice from a DEBT COLLECTOR. I was never mailed, emailed, called or texted about any amount due. When I went into the facility to ask about the debt I was told they do not do billing, you have to call a phone number and speak to someone (offshore). When I called the number I asked if they have all my contact information and was told they do. The person I spoke to said that they NEVER sent me a bill/invoice, and they do not know why as one should have been sent. I was then told that I should have reached out and asked if I had an amount due. WHAT?!?! How was I supposed to know I owed them money if they NEVER attempted to contact me or send me a bill? I am still waiting for a billing supervisor to return my call so I can resolve this, I have called mulitple times.

They did give me a physical on the spot, so that was cool. The results of the visit were a prescription, and a report back on my blood test. It appeared as if the clinic never took action on getting back to me with the results of the blood test, nor sending in the prescription that came out of the visit. After multiple calls, and about 3 weeks of time elapsed, I did eventually get the results of my blood test. Same was true of the prescription. OK turned out that they were not calling my phone #, rather someone else's. Fast forward to just recently, I went in for a scheduled appointment. When I got there I was informed that the Dr. would be about 15 minutes late. An hour later, many patients came and went while I sat waited. I became frustrated and left. I may try a different branch office, but I'll never be going to the Darien office again

If I'm ever in a bind and cannot get into my primary care physician, I'll most certainly go here again...
