This hospital and the entire staff do not deserve even 1 star…read more I went here for a cardiologist because I was diagnosed with an aneurism, saw dr harey on a Monday morning and was told I would receive a call in the afternoon with my apts that need to be scheduled. No call. It took me until that following Friday to get in touch with an actual person. By that time I was livid. A heart patient too. I requested a manager and got one and she settled everything out for me and scheduled my apts within 2 weeks. No calls or anything during that time on how should prep so I called scheduling again and was told no food or drink 4 hours prior. I arrived and was asked nothing to eat or drink for 12 hours? I replied yes I had a glass of milk around 11:30 pm because I was told 4 hours prior by 2 different people They cancelled my tests. I requested tonspeaknwith a manager and they sent out a doctor. An arrogant one at that and he kept interrupting me and talking over me u til I went off him and he turned and walked away. This place needs to be burned to the ground for incompetence and shear arrogance. Their care sucks. Their customers service sucks. And the office experience is terrible at best. Don't go here. You will get better care at a vet.

From the ER, the staff from the counter, technician, Care Assistant, CT technician, phlebotomist, Housekeeping, transporter, RN's & Dr's are amazing. And they do care of their patients. I wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent customer service, kindness & taking good care of are of me while I was admitted for few days. I highly recommended for anyone that is not feeling well to be treated to this hospital. I promise you they well take good care of you until you feel much better. So many doctors rely on the information they "know", but that information may be old. Things change quickly in the medical field, and doctors need to constantly educate themselves. When Dr. Ibirim doesn't know something he researches. That's rare, sadly.

I went to the ER on February 10 for a horrific headache, high blood pressure, dizziness, and…read morenausea. The ER doctor called a Stroke alert, I had a cat scan, and then the Dr. came in and talked to me. I told her my symptoms, she asked about previous symptoms and I told her. This is where it went wrong. She started yelling basically insinuating I was a liar. My head hurt so bad and I was not thinking straight, so she decided it was okay to continuously yell. I told the nurse I wanted to go home and of course the Dr. came back and went on and on about a stroke. If it was such an emergency, how did she have time to belittle me? In my clinical notes she wrote I did not want to be in the hospital, which is not true, I just wanted to get away from her. Unfortunately, I have previous stroke scares and not sure this time was another one. I still feel horrible, and do not even want to see any Dr. This is the second time seeing a Dr. that was rude and uncaring, the first was a urologist who told me to do physical therapy for a kidney stone and walked out. As someone who cannot afford insurance that is literally more expensive than my mortgage (and with a $10,000 deductible--thanks a million b.o.), they are willing to work with me at a reduced rate. My visits to renew prescriptions and have lab work done are all paid out of pocket, and are affordable. I am very glad to be able to use them as General Practioners.

They argued that it's really 15 minutes before even though the waiver says otherwise. They weren't able to give me any documents a 15 before policy. Another issue is that I scheduled an appointment to see a pediatric doctor for my doctor but when we arrive so was told one wasn't available and we ended up seeing a primary care doctor that had no idea how to answer our questions regarding her problem and actually resorted to google. More importantly, staff argues with you if you ask them to wash their hands when they enter the room you're assigned to.
