WARNING!!! Just today, I found out that this outfit sent all my medical information from a 2025 visit to a third party! I had never heard of them but apparently they act like a credit reporting agency for medical care. I would have NEVER knowingly authorized this. I should have read more carefully what I was signing. That information was used to DENY health insurance coverage, even though what I had was the flu. Further, I did not see a real doctor there. They did nothing for me there and simply told me to go to the Emergency Room. A total fiasco. read more

Fair prices, front desk was clear and easy to work with and both PAs I interacted with gave me the time of day and listened to my concerns throughly. Questionable qualifications of the provider (RN), not following simple steps to diagnose (simple in office tests - i.e. Strep or Mono) instead sending us to the Hospital ER for CT scan which was unnecessary / waist of time. Ended up getting tested for Strep in the ER, with a $1700 bill from ER, which could have been easily done at Urgent Care facility in the first place and was not even offered. Will be filling a formal complaint, as clearly standards of care are not adhered to at this facility. Terrible experience afterall. read more

After hearing they "wanted to help" and to send an email, I have heard nothing back. It's been two weeks, pretty much what I had expected.

I give this business a 0. They don't even deserve a 1. Failed to file a claim to Medicare or my Medicare supplement insurance or send me a bill. I have had other claims over the years with numerous providers and never had an issue with a claim not being submitted to Medicare and supplemental insurance. Received a text from collection agency Aug 2025, 1 year after date of service, Aug 2024. I have spent 5 months and numerous hours of phone calls and emails not answered, trying to resolve this and get it removed from collection. The billing department was totally unprofessional and would not provide me any information about how this happened one year after DOS and would only say this was in escalation now so they couldn't do anything for me. I finally found a customer service person in Wellnow, but after months of speaking with her I have seen no resolution to the situation. All she could do was send emails to the escalation team, but she wasn't able to talk with them. I wasn't able to talk with them. I demanded to speak with someone who could look at the situation and explain to me why this wasn't being removed from collection. The customer service rep did tell me they told her that they had called me but they never did. THEY LIED twice about calling me and yes, I have verified my phone number with them numerous times. They have failed to provide any written info to me. They claim to not having my correct address so they say that's why I didn't get their bills, even though I gave them all my info on the date of service. This has been a huge bundle of errors on their part. My only mistake was going there in the first place. It is a totally unprofessional, poorly run organization. This could've all been avoided if I would've simply received a phone call from them if they were having problems with Medicare or my address, but I received no phone call or communication until I got it from the collection agency and lo and behold. They had my phone number they were able to send me a text. If you choose to go there be aware! read more

Walked in on Friday with a swollen face & lips also was running a fever of 102f,So I had my wife check me in because In the condition I was in I couldn't even talk so the male receptionist said that there was nothing that could be done for my case but how would he know he's not a Doctor or Even a Nurse to make that decision. I had DR order for X-Ray, walked in (website states that walk-ins are welcome). Learned that they do not take referrals, so a PA needs to see me to determine if X-Ray is needed. I waited a bit (empty place. no other patients) and was seen by nurse who took the vitals and asked for meds. Then waited again for a "provider" (it was a PA). She said she had to listen to my lungs to determine if XRay is needed. When I asked what if she determines otherwise she said: don't worry, I will still schedule X-Ray, just following our procedures (ha, ha - procedure of charging for multiple people when 1-2 are needed). Ok, I had to wait until technician sets up X~Ray. What the hell is it to "set up"? So I waited again. After 1 hour I walked out, found the PA and asked how much longer. She said "I do not know, he is still not here". Well, I walked out. Now I need to check if they charge my insurance. Unprofessional, to say the least. read more

My mom went with glass in her foot. They didn't believe her and said there was no glass in her foot and it was just pain. Two weeks later she was in so much pain she asked my dad to look. My husband went to this facility on a Wednesday with serious URI. He was experiencing the typical upper respiratory symptoms, but also pain when he swallowed. The P.A. was apparently pleasant, but his diagnostic skills leave something to be desired. He said they did a strep test, which they claimed was negative. By Saturday, the throat pain was significantly worse, so he went to his primary care doctor who diagnosed strep. Yes, strep can be difficult to diagnose and yes, fear of "super bugs" has some medical professionals reluctant to prescribe prophylactic antibiotics to those with viruses. Still, my husband suffered unnecessarily due to this person's inadequate skills. Beware. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will leave my opinions out of this review (despite having many) and stick to the facts. I took my son to the Physician's Immediate Care facility in Countryside, IL in May. He was visibly ill. While waiting, they informed my that I had to pay $123. I asked questions and voiced my concerns- because I don't have a copay and am NEVER asked to pay prior to a visit. I asked how they came up with the $123 when they hadn't seen my son yet, didn't have any idea what was wrong with him and didn't know what the visit would cost. I ended up paying because I wanted him to be seen and they said they would refund me if there was an overpayment. Fast forward a couple of months.... and several emails and phone calls later. I keep getting bills for $71 from Physician's Immediate Care. That is my portion after insurance paid. I explained (in the emails and phone calls) that I already paid $123 so they owe me money. After emailing a receipt from the Well Now facility to their billing investigation department and a picture of my HSA transaction, they still can't seem to verify the payment from me. They have been "investigating" for several weeks. Meanwhile, they keep sending me bills for $71 and calling me looking for more proof that I paid. After today's phone call, I was told they received my receipts and emails, but that is not enough proof, they needed a bank statement. On the day of our visit, they provided me a receipt with an authorization number showing the payment went through, which I then copied and sent in an email- only to be told they can't prove I paid. There are a lot of urgent care facilities out there. Do your research. read more
