I took my kid in with a suspected broken arm, and was told there was a $98 balance due for a previous visit. I showed them that the bill had been paid a couple of months back and even showed them that the balance was $0 in their phone app. They didn't budge, no pay - no service. They told me to take it up with billing, who at that time was closed for the day. Didn't matter that I had a kid in distress. I took my kid to Duly immediate care in Schaumburg and was in, diagnosed and treated in well under an hour. I did call billing the next working day and they told me there is zero balance, and the facility should have treated my kid and handled any billing issues afterwards. read more

WATCH FOR FRAUDULENT BILLING! PLEASE REVIEW YOUR BILL CARFULLY! They do not get a star but had to select to post. On the day of my visit, I had to pay a "good faith fee" and the clinic billed my Ins Company. Was supposed to get a refund but 7 months later received a bill for a follow up visit INSTEAD - which I was told would be free. Been calling since last year to resolve but Managers do not bother to follow process and call Pts back within 24-48 hours. Grievance submitted but was informed it was not reviewed. Billing Dept tried to submit claims under 3 different Ins Companies under my name for a different Pt. I will be reporting them to IDPH and CMS. read more

I will absolutely never return to this place. I walk in this morning and I have a cough common cold, the receptionist gets really snarky and rude and says you need to put on a mask ma'am! Sure, no problem but what is with the attitude when there are 3 other people sitting there waiting to be seen without a mask on? THEN, I give her my insurance and she says it's not found. I have excellent insurance and a PPO so what's the problem. She wouldn't even call the customer service number on the back on my ID card, god forbid she put in a little extra work, then and proceeds to tell me it will be selfpay? WHY? I work for one of the most successful corporations in Illinois rest assured my insurance is intact and top notch. I just left. Disgusted actually. Rude and incompetent staff. read more

I was having an allergic reaction from something (I assume from food). It was obvious the Receptionist was overwhelmed. They did ask if I was having problems breathing.....breathing was fine. So, I sat and waited. After waiting a bit, I left to find another Immediate Care facility. It's unfortunate, from what it seemed to be, limited staff. Scheduled a noon appointment and arrived 15 minutes beforehand as requested, but did not get seen until 1:30pm. Multiple people who arrived after us were checked in earlier than we were. Not sure the point of reservations if they aren't even close to being honored. read more

I went to Physicians Immediate care for my kid and paid $100 as co-pay insurance (20% of total fee). My kid is suffering with fever, cough ON and Off since 1 week. I have been giving Tylenol and Mortin since 1 week. But fever and cough are not cured completely. Physician at Immediate Care also suggested to continue the tylenol and mortin for next 3 days, which are already taken by my kid since 1 week. What is the use of paying $100 as fee at Immediate Care for the medication which i already knew. In India, Doctor prescribe anti-biotic to cure viral fever or flu. read more

One star because it was easy to make an appt online. My daughter was sick with a sore throat and congestion. I made her an appt for the morning the night before. We get there and they do a strep and Covid test, blood pressure and temperature. We should've walked out when the person who took her temperature (which was the receptionist) said her temperature was 96.2. The doctor came in, said her strep test was negative, said he doesn't give antibiotics to teens who are congested, said she had tonsil "stones" and prescribed steroids. He didn't look in her ears, nose, listen to her breathing...nothing. Didn't sound right to me so once we got in the car I called the pediatrician, explained what happened and they said to come to the office. 20 minutes later we were in the pediatrician's office. Her temperature at the pediatrician was 101.2, her strep test was POSITIVE, and she had a sinus infection. And she was given antibiotics. She did not have tonsil "stones," it was pus on her tonsils from the strep the doctor said she didn't have. I should've listened to my reservations by going here and called the pediatrician first. I understand that misdiagnosis happens, but a routine strep test? They need to do better. read more

7/2021 First time here Monday 7/26. 5 stars for the staff and facilities. Was tough for us because we had an appointment for a Covid test and they were running 90 minutes behind for some reason. Had to sit in our car until ready. Frustrating. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke on the phone to Becky several times while we waited. She was pleasant and reassuring. That helped. Seth was great in onboarding us as new patients and taking vitals, etc. And then Dr. Nitin Soorya was very gracious in talking with us about the results and next steps. His "bedside" manner was great. And would love to have him again next time we are there. Only one reason we could not give them 5 stars was one staff member we spoke with on the phone during our online check in process. Not sure of her name. We did not like having to do everything on our phones in the car to check in. Drivers license pictures, insurance card pictures, etc. Wanted to go in and have them do that. But they refused. (our daughter had been at another location the same day and did not have the same issues we had today) Online when booking the appointment it says it is "optional" to do the check-in online. We chose not to. She called and said it was mandatory. Ok. So we checked in with our phones. Completed the check in process, got replies saying they were completed. If a required field was not filled in, it prevented you, as it should, from continuing. But we did it all and finished. Got a few texts and eventually a call from this woman (difficult to understand her accent) there who said we had to give a credit card too. I explained the form says it is optional, so we did not want to put it in. We have insurance, she looked it up and no copays, etc. Was 100% covered by insurance. She insisted it was their policy to have credit card information anyways. Though the policy, per the online check-in, was "optional". She said we were wrong and it would not have completed our forms online without it. Even though she had all our check-in information except that one thing. Does not make sense. She clearly did not know the form was saying optional and instead of apologizing, etc. she choose to simply keep saying, this is our policy and I must do this. We eventually complied and gave her our credit card. We did not get charged, as was expected, and insurance took care of it. However, our CC info is out there now, where we did not want it to be. If she was our only person of contact, we would have gotten our tests and never considered returning. Good thing we met Becky, Seth and Dr. Soorya. They saved the day for this group! So after all that, we do recommend this place. Just watch out for the other lady. read more

The customer service provided by the Medical Records staff at this location was top notch. They helped us out after another Physicians Immediate Care facility messed up our paperwork and caused us to almost miss our flight for an upcoming adoption. This location was referred to us by airline staff saying that they had a great turnaround time for Covid tests. Thank you so much for your help! read more

I came in for a few different issues. High anxiety and stressed out for hours. I did have to wait a bit but the care was excellent. The tech or whoever took my vitals and who I saw initially- Sara was great. Dr Erin... not sure if that's her first name or last name but she was awesome. Great bedside manor and extremely kind.
