Don't give a bad review during season because he's popular and you can't get an appointment but if you want a good primary he is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend his nurse practitioner she is just as good and easier to see for times you have a cold, minor things without paying urgent care. I hate seeing bad reviews because they forced you to see the nurse practitioner before Conrado because she is just as awesome and you will still get reviewed. The whole team is my go to and have always been there for me. I have all my specialist copy Conrado to make sure he reviews all of my care and make sure I'm getting the right treatment. After giving her my name and DOB, she immediately stated, "Oh, you missed your appointment on the 7th." I then stated, "Yes, I literally just stated to you I missed my scheduled appointment." She then proceeded to talk amongst herself about me! Then she stated I am giving her different information and said, "Well, WHATEVER!" I immediately let her know that was rude, and instead of apologizing, this woman tried to berate me and continued to raise her voice, overtalking me, so I ended the call! I am currently researching a new doctor. It's unfortunate that I loved Dr. Denk and his work! I will not come to any appointments here anymore.
