Pre-op room was super clean and clutter free. Nurses and technicians were very professional, calm, super friendly, and comforting, taking pre-procedure stress off and helping to relax. In the op room I felt the same friendly attitude before quickly falling asleep :) Post-op was very smooth and comforting as well. Special thanks to Nelsa - my pre- and post-op RN - who prepped me for the procedure. My pre-op nurse, Kristin, was so sympathetic and took her time explaining everything and starting my IV. I'm a hard stick but she got it after a 2nd stick but it didn't hurt. Nurse Ray brought me into the OR and introduced me to everyone before the Anesthesiologist Dayan put me to sleep so Dr. Meyer could make me whole again. I don't know how long the surgery was but I was swell enough to go home without any problems and some discomfort which is normal. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Meyer's for their treatment and they are on time.
