I went here for a handful of months during my weight loss journey and had such a positive experience. I started going to the Roseville location about 6 weeks ago. I've lost approx 13 lbs, the first 6 lbs was in the first week. Office staff are quiet but sweet & efficient. Doctor takes his time to explain and answer any questions you may have. I get the appetite suppressants & B12 shot weekly. Both really help on my weight loss journey. 10 lbs to go! If you need that extra boost to help you loss the weight, this is a great place to start. I gave them 4 stars because they only allow you to get one B12 shot per week. read more

Here copy pasted. This doctor will absolutely fat shame you. I was honest about my medical history from the first phone call and told to come in. I continued to be honest throughout the paperwork. Once I met the doctor, she called me back as if I was being called into the principals office, and asked irritably if I'd been asked screening questions. It felt like she was looking to catch me in a lie. When I replied consistently, she went on to say that she can't take me as a patient. Fine. But then she launched into: "this is basically speed." "I wouldn't prescribe this to my own family" "If you shut your mouth and eat right you'll lose weight." "This is amphetamine. Do you know what cocaine is?" And told me about her own history using cocaine. When I told her I do generally eat the way she describes, that I've worked with Kaiser to no avail, and I just thought I'd try one more avenue I haven't tried yet, she told me, 'no, you're eating something.' I felt ostracised, attacked, and my concerns and experiences totally dismissed. I also walked out crying and without paying. read more

Went in for my visit as I usually do when it's time and when I entered the office the first thing I noticed is there was no air conditioning in the office. It was very hot today. 100 degrees. The woman who work there are very nice and knowledgeable with any questions I have. But please someone fix the air conditioning so that clients who come in and visit are comfortable. I felt so bad for the woman working in there. No one should have to work that way. Nor should any customers have to sit in a hot office as well. read more

To be clear the one star is for the environment of this facility. I've been going to this clinic for quite awhile and have always been treated wonderfully and love chatting with the ladies there. But during the summer its unbearable to be there even during the little bit of time I'm there once a week. I just left and there's no air conditioning for these women to work in, and while it was obvious they were incredibly uncomfortable and hot they showed me the same wonderful attitude I've come to expect. How disrespectful for them to be expected to work in this environment and for patients to be so uncomfortable as well. read more

Have been going since July . A family member recommended this place and so far so good !! I'm 5'3 and at my heaviest back in July I weighed in at 205lbs . I'm two months in and so far I have lost over 20lbs with change of diet and the appetite suppressants. I like that they keep you monitored . I did not have any kind of reaction at all to the pills all the girls in there are super nice and understanding. I felt comfortable at all times . The dr is really nice too and took time to educate me and answer all my questions. You do have to make life changes to not gain all the weight back but I do think this is an amazing start of your wanting to shed pounds quickly and effectively. read more

I've been here 3 times and each time was exactly the same as my initial appointment. When I walked in the door, you would have thought that I killed their cat or something. 3 employees sitting in the front and not one of them could say "welcome"! (Let alone crack a smile). They basically all just rolled their eyes, until one of them pushed the clipboard towards me and said, sign in please ... (I really don't think she wanted to say please). When I told them it was my first time (@ my first appt), they REALLY didn't like that. Another eye roll and clipboard push. So I signed in. Obviously, still irritated that I chose their establishment and interrupted their work day with...uh... WORK.... One of the evil stepsisters walked me back to the room.She plugged some stuff in the computer, took my blood pressure, and asked which arm I wanted my shot in. Uhhhhh... could you maybe tryyyyy to make me feel comfortable about you stabbing me in the arm? Nah...too much work for this little ray of sunshine. I wasn't surprised that she was the worst shot giver EVER. She tells me The nurse will be in, in a minute, and walks out. Well Hallelujah! You get to go back to your squad and NOT work, and I might be able to interact with a decent human being.... Joke was on me... Chatting with the nurse was like dealing with a tall glass of ice water. She obviously had ZERO minutes to deal with my newbie ass since there was NOBODY else there...she asked me a few judgy questions, never cracked a smile, asked me my DOB and handed me a file folder with absolutely no instruction on what to do next. AWFUL experience, unfriendly staff, and I certainly won't be calling them for botox or any of the other services that they plaster all over the walls in there. Head my warning- try another clinic.... OH- and I see that they stated "Yes" to gender neutral bathrooms- FYI, their bathrooms are only for employees. read more

Just started this week but the facility was very clean. The staff was very informative and friendly. Loading diet was easier than I expected it to be and I already feel a major appetite suppression. Tips: Check in here and revive garcinia cambogia for only $5! Terrible experience yesterday at the Roseville location, a place I have been going to for 2 years, and up until yesterday had always had no problems. When I called Elk Grove to speak to Dahlia, it was just to get some feedback on my experience on what happened at the Roseville location. She was professional and listened and provided great feedback- she extended an offer to come to her location and was so kind to even offer a credit to my services for the inconvenience of my experience at Roseville- Let's pause here and let the soak in everybody. SHE OFFERED ME TO come SEE HER AND ShE HAD A CREDIT to OFFER...... I was not expecting that, at all. Very kind. Anyway, I didn't think it was going to be necessary to go to her location as Elk Grove is 30 miles from my home and as I mentioned, I had been going to the Roseville location for two years- I didn't think this was something that didn't have an easy resolution. Which is why I reached out for a supervisor's perspective and feedback ( which when I asked to speak to a supervisor at Roseville, I was told I could not have that information and they would pass on my name and number on, and I would get a callI back, still waiting on that) Anyway- I was on board to move forward.I thanked Dahlia for all her feedback and help and felt confident in going back to Roseville since she said she would call them and let them know I was on my way. Well It turns out, the Roseville location was still in great distress and had no intentions of serving me it's customer.....except serving me to jail for trespassing! Yeah, let that sink in. Call men with guns on a customer because you don't want to listen to a supervisor from another location or do your job. No, I didn't get arrested. But that was their solution, to addressing a simple - just take her temperature again? Look if you take my temperature again and it is over your limit, I have no problem walking out that door, but they all refused to check it again. Even as I stood with my thermometer and did a self check and showed them my 98.1 reading. So, I guess Roseville was definitely not ready to move forward. When I arrived in Elk Grove today - I was met with friendly smiles as I signed in. Dahlia was there and had all my information ready. What a difference! If it wasn't for Dahlia and her knowledge of customer relations, her professionalism, compassion and true understanding of how to run a medical office - I would have taken my business elsewhere after my experience at the Roseville location. I mean some people get the cops called on them for actually committing a crime, I requested another temperature check because when they first checked mine I was told it read 102! They refused to recheck it! Who has there hair and make-up out running errands in 107 degree weather with a temperature that high! Clearly, something is off. I had just been to an appointment where I had my temp checked and it was 98.1! I never felt better in my life! It was 107 outside, I was in jeans and a black-shirt and had been sitting in my car a moment before I walked in at 3 pm - and she checked it,- but no one wanted to take that into account. God forbid you got a faulty reading- god forbid you recheck to confirm- I got home 15 minutes later and checked my temperature with an under the tongue and and ear thermometer- all read normal- 98.1 - consistently.. The NP and 2 front desk girls at Roseville, stood by there thermo reading, never offering a second, but they did to others, as that is the protocol, except for me for some reason. So, heads up if you go to Roseville bring your own thermometer- But If you can, go to ElK Grove to avoid drama. From check-in to check-out my experience here was awesome. From the moment I reached out to Dahlia she was just nice and there to listen and find resolution- not play games, so in other words.... professional. read more

So happy I found this place. The girls are so supportive of any weight loss journey. I started with them in mid April at 224.3lbs, I am now down to 201.8lbs. I check in at least every other week. If I need coaching, they take the time. They are enthusiastic no matter what. Prompt with taking me back... I go during my lunch, in and out quick!! I have another 31.8lbs to go and will succeed with the help of this office. Thank you all for being so motivating with my journey!! And if a person's going to work for a "weight loss" clinic and give healthy eating advice, I expect everyone working there to be fit, healthy looking, and in-shape...quite the contrary-except for one person! The nurse practitioner should be fired and replaced with a professional NP. She's absolutely rude and terrible in this line of work. Don't care that she passed the schooling needed to be in this industry because her bedside manner is far from professional. I will say that the slender blonde lady is the only professional in that office. I went there three times and after my third visit decided to go elsewhere because of the rude-mouthed NP they have working at this location. PWC management, please do yourselves a favor and get rid of the NP at the Roseville CA location. She's losing business for your organization. read more

I appreciate that they get me in and out whenever I come in and have office hours on Saturday. I'm glad I did because the staff here are welcoming & offer helpful tips for eating healthy whenever I ask. I went to Physicians Weight clinic and from the moment I walked thru the door, the warm smiles of the staff & the beautiful waiting room, put me at ease. The office was exceptionally clean and after my consultation which was very informative, I met with the doctor and was quite impressed on how caring she was and the time spent with me. They were dedicated to help me reach my goals. A few days later after starting the program, they office called to see how I was doing, which was nice, We had been traveling and wasnt in for a week, they called to make sure I was okay, and when I came in, had lost weight.
