My 17 year old daughter went in for treatment. They treated her without my permission. Also they did a spot treatment in her ankle and burnt her ankle. She developed blisters within 24 hours. I called and spoke with a manager that said he would make it right and for her to come in so he could see it. She went in at 4:00 and he wasn't there even though he said he would be there until 4:40. Her ankle is so painful she cannot practice for her club volleyball team. We have a major tournament this weekend and I'm unsure she will even be able to play. I am furious and will be following up again tomorrow. read more

Difficult to find if your not familiar with the area. I tried the cryo chamber, Red light therapy, "facial" which was just cold air over the face and neck area, and the leg sleeves (can't recall the exact name) but it applies pressure to entire leg, foot, thigh in efforts to decrease pain (from workout), inflammation etc. All Treatments were an experience. I think the cryo chamber and red light therapy and leg sleeves are my preference as you can listen to music, etc as the treatment is being performed. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I suffered a pretty major back sprain playing tennis last week and with Sectional Championships coming up next week I'm desperate for anything that will help speed up my recovery. The registration process was pretty simple with just adding some basic information like name, DOB, email, and where your pain is. All that took only a few minutes. I was shown some different services and membership options. I decided to do an a la carte localized option. I was sat down and a the gentleman used what looked like a shop vacuum hose that shot cold air out. He waved the hose over my injury and made some small talk with me for what seemed like less than 5 minutes. I'm not too sure how long it took exactly but it was pretty quick. It felt good! Tbh I'm not sure how effective it is versus just using an ice pack. But, I'm sure it's helping reduce the inflammation either way. I asked the gentleman what the difference is and he didn't have a clear answer. This service was $25 and I left feeling unsure if the localized option was something I would want to come do routinely considering the a Le carte price of $25. I will just stick to an ice pack for now. What WAS intriguing however, was the cryotherapy chamber and the leg compression things. Being an athlete I would seriously consider getting a membership for those two services. I wish they had something like this closer to Rancho Cordova. REALLY COOL form of therapy (without any ice cold customer service) ZING! No but seriously, this place is awesome. I went in with my bro and we had the privilege of meeting an associate named Matt. Matt was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy going about the entire process. He never (blatantly) judged us for being skeptical about jumping into -160 degrees. A pretty neat feature is you can play whatever tunes you want in the cryo chamber, if you have pandora or music on your phone they will plug it into the speaker system in there for you. This place is seriously my jam. When I come by, I feel like the staff, if busy, have a level of comfort with me that they don't have to bounce from what they're doing to make sure I know they saw me come in. Daniel in particular yesterday was crushing it with his thoughtful suggestions of targeted treatments based on my concerns, but the rest of the staff as well is great and enthusiastic about what they do. In my opinion, they have the best job ever. So basically cryo is one of those things I've latched on to in recent years to keep me real as I age, keep me in shape and keep my mind & body aligned from the effects of a stressful new job and recent move. I swear by the effects of the cold because of the Wim Hof Method technique everyday. They offer the whole body treatment (the tortoise shell "neck-down" treatment where you just stand there isn't good enough because you can't move around and originate more surface temp drop). You just gotta survive. I like that the company (or perhaps it's the franchise owners) are constantly bringing in novel treatment ideas and equipment; like the vibration plate (most of the time I pop in only to use this) and Thera gun and knowledge about the junction of where daily athletic training and using the cold for recovery intersects. Just a good vibe here all the time. I pretty much tell everyone I ever met to try cryo, and if you do, to do it in a whole body chamber. First timer and I will continue to come back to this establishment. I came into this place on 10/6 little after opening where I was treated by Ashley. She attentively listen to my concerns I had regarding post surgery and that my body is not healing as quick as it should. She informed me of what the process would be and made sure I was comfortable. I had surgery on my foot and my foot has not looked the best as it recovers, but she made me feel comfortable instead of making me feel more embarrassed of how my foot has been healing. Due to myself still experiencing pain on my foot, she continuously checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasn't in pain. Without detail, I have persistent issue related to swelling resulting in pain. I don't like taking pills and I've tried localized and strategic massage which seemed to aggravate the problem. I'm a newbie to cryotherapy. I can't yet report on the long term benefits as it relates to my issue. I can say that the two visits so far have left me feeling invigorated, refreshed, and relaxed. I suppose I could opt for localized therapy but I really like the idea of the full body experience. In the chamber, it's a dry cold (not like a wet wintery outdoors kind of freezing cold). While it does take your breath away, it's not painful. The door doesn't lock so no fear about freezing to death; exit if you're uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and supportive (if you're leery on your first visit). The facility is clean, modern, and professional. In order to achieve the highest benefit, I'll have to come in more than once in a while. I need to consider my options for long(er) term treatment (daily, weekly, etc) and what plan works for me. read more

After an intense session of cross-fit, I was referred to US Cryotherapy with the promise that their magical cold air chamber would enable me to walk normally again. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process because the idea of being stuck in a room that is -166 degrees did not sound that appealing but the staff assured me that it was quick and painless. The employees were all very friendly and spent time walking me through the entire process before beginning. While inside the chamber the staff played music, talked to me, and kept a constant watch to make sure I was comfortable. After finishing with the chamber, they had me walk for about 10 minutes on a treadmill to warm everything back up. When the entire process was finished, my muscles had relaxed and the cramping had stopped. Success! read more

Love this spot for recovery after a hard workout or a race weekend. The cryo chamber is great and they let you choose your own music. The local cryo is awesome if you have a nagging sore spot. But my favorite part is the normatec compression boots. As a runner and a cyclist, these things are so great. Walk in sore, walk out like it never happened. The only bummer is the sales staff sometimes trying to push 'memberships' I get it. It's their job to secure revenue and returning customers but who really needs unlimited cryo? The use of the Quad Cryo Room, Hydro-massaging Bed , and the isolating treatment room are all worth trying. Quality and timing of treatments are quick. I'm reviewing the facility and staff, not my personal take on cryotherapy. The facility was clean, staff was nice. I pretty much hated the actual cryotherapy. It was panic inducing. I don't think it was relayed well how it truly takes your breath away in a horrible way. The only thing that was off was, at the end we kind of just left. No one walked us out or tried to upsell us on a membership or add ons. From a business standpoint staff should always do this for first time visitors. read more
