I've been coming here for a minute and you would figure if they are making changes or yet big changes they would notify their customers? So when you close down the office and only do tele-health appts you figure you would notify your clients?? So you get used to the new norm or program, then the way they handled business in all of their entirety has completely changed. Now they do not prescribe prescriptions no more and their prices gone from 100 dollars with prescription to 550 per month and you refuse to take any type of insurance, that is fraud. read more

I've called 4 times to have my receipts emailed to me and have gotten the same response; "We'll put it together in an email and send it off by this afternoon." On the 5th call I requested to speak with the business owner and was told she'll call me back.  I'm still waiting, and it's been over a week now.  I've given up getting any assistance. I'd settle for a mailed paper copy if the electronic one is too much to handle. The business need better staff. read more

I found this place because it offers semaglutide at a very decent price and it works very well. Rocklin is a bit of a drive for me. They started letting us take a dose home with us, so that saved me on gas and time. The medicine works so I'm happy. The only couple of things I would point out is that the owner, Debra, could be a bit nicer. The nurse she has working for her is super nice but seems to repeat the same questions to me each week. I see her write my answers down, so I'm not sure where she puts them later. Like what's your goal weight, etc. My goal weight isn't going to change from week to week. And they're supposed to be 15 min appointments, and when I arrive, it seems like everyone else is waiting for the same appointment. I think they double book many of the appointments because they don't offer time slots during the day. Only two days a week and in the afternoon when there's so much traffic for me. But I still highly recommend this place. They just need to be a bit more organized, and the company will be booming for sure. read more

Seriously Deb is the nicest ever. I've been to other clinics and this one hands down is the best one. For starters I emailed them for an appointment- I know it's walk in friendly but I didn't wanna take my chances as I had client meetings and wanted to get enough time for my first appointment. The initial consult consists of weighing in, before picture, BP check, a b12 shot, and nutritional guidance. Again I've been to others before but when you walk in and meet with deb, she's non judgmental and is really there to support you. On top of what my first consult was I received a month supply and another supplement for $140. Honestly it was a steal compared to other places I've been to. Deb also told me I get a 4 week b12 shot as where they charge you extra for that so I'm excited to go back next week for it. I came in on a Wednesday and it's not Sunday and I'm already down 2lbs- keep in mind I'm working out and monitoring my food Intake (bc we all know abs are made in the kitchen). read more

I have been a client at Rocklin weight loss since the beginning of Dec. I was referred by a friend, but she had warned me that the owner could be flaky, & had gotten rude to her over the phone at one point... but, she had said the Simaglutide shots at her office worked, so I gave it a try. I should have ran out of the office as fast as I could the first visit. The Medical assistant couldn't figure out how to convert the measurements & had to call the owner , & she had to call a sec time because she said nothing was labeled in the office so she couldn't tell what was what. My next 3 appts there ( you have to go weekly for shots) there was always a new person working, they would cancel my appt day of, they weren't able to find my paperwork, it was. Mess!! My last time in was yesterday. My appt was set for Wednesday, when I showed up there was no one there, they offered NO apology & said to come back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, there were 4 other people waiting in the lobby for there appts, some had been waiting over an hour. All clients were EXTREMELY upset , & we all shared stories about how terrible our experiences had been there, how flaky, rude, & unapologetic the owner Deb was & all agreed we need to find a new Simaglutide clinic ASAP! read more

Honestly, this place is genius. I am quite familiar with Phentermine (weight loss pill that they feature) and it helped me lose 70lbs. I no longer have med insurance, so I am no longer able to get Phentermine pills (until now) =) Its a nice clinic, you are greeted with friendly faces, and people that care to see you succeed! They were ALL very professional, its a tight knit family type vibe. Im sorry that the other woman that gave them 1 star was left with a bad experience. I went to see Debra for a hypnosis and past life regression session. I am familiar with hypnosis but past life regression was something new for me. Diving into these experiences can be somewhat  intimidating. That is why it is important to work with someone you trust. I bought the loving social deal. Called them on Friday. The woman who answered the phone scheduled my appointment for the following Monday at 9am. After my 30min drive there and waiting for 15 minutes I realize the door says they are closed on Mondays. Then I call and the voicemail had a number to call for emergencies. I call and the lady is all groggy and sleepy and probably warm in her bed and states that my appointment was for the following Monday. Why in the world would she schedule my appointment when she is closed? I think she is a liar and a flake and merely didn't want to get out of bed. I am outraged. It would actually be more convenient for me to go to a location that is closer but I really had bad customer service at the other location...hated it. So I would rather drive the distance to have the better customer service. She is very friendly and always willing to help...always available and very encouraging. I was excited to start my weight loss journey, but I'll have to take my journey someplace else. The owner, Debra, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service or being motivating for this type of program. I was told that I'll have to "figure it out" when it comes to eating breakfast and meal planning. I was given a juice cleanse that made me terribly sick afterwards-I thought I was supposed to eat real food? At the end of the day you pay for the pills. The other staff are more motivating, but it's a walk in basis, so you don't get to choose who you see. read more

Finally, something that works! My doctor told me to lower my cholestrol so i did a major lifestyle change. It took my 6 weeks to break my bad eating habits and was jogging for an hour 5 days a week, but no weightloss! Not even an ounce!
