One of my favorite features is the warm, hydro waterbed that you lay on for 15 minutes before any adjustment. It gently massages you and completely relaxes and loosens you up to the point where you could fall asleep (sometimes I have gotten a power nap on it). Dr Labate also uses other techniques to help your muscles hold the adjustment. The massage therapist, Jarissa, is truly amazing. She has just the right touch, thoughtfully moving through the muscle structure zeroing in on points you never knew existed. She also works holistically and works to counterbalance your muscle energy. The receptionist (Tracy) is very patient when it comes to scheduling and rescheduling. Just a great group of people here.

You can't cancel on her, but she can cancel on you. I wouldn't trust this business, and certainly wouldn't prepay. I gave two stars because the one massage my wife received from Caitlin was helpful for an issue with her neck.
