I always tell them "it's a pleasure to come here." They are very, very accommodating and the pt is always given by Jon. Jasmine, his receptionist, is an all-around worker - super friendly, does the ultrasounds when Jon is working on another patient, she does the ice and heat packs. I always tell her that 20 minutes can't have gone possibly that quickly when I have the heat packs, as they feel so good. Jon ALWAYS does the massage and heavy work eg, spine, himself. I've been to places where they leave you lying on a table waiting for someone to do the next step. Jon customizes his treatment to each individual and takes the time to listen. They accommodate with appt times, lights on/off in the treatment room, anything they can do to make things easier. I would wholehartedl recommend them. If it were possible I'd rate them a solid 10. But instead, I will rate them 5 stars as shown above.
