WHAT???? I called my store, they didn't know this very basic fact about FENDERS? Shouldn't they know that? How can someone who works in a guitar store not know the installed tuners don't work on something they sell (unless plugged into an amp)? Additionally, when I purchased this uke, they just handed it to me and went back to their computers, they didn't ask if I needed to know anything about what I just spent hundreds of dollars on. They could have asked me "do you need any help understanding this instrument?" Nope. They just went back to their business. There was no personal service in this store at all.
