They let you know what they are going to do for you before they begin the first adjustments, and they teach you a little bit about the spine and the ligaments that run along it (it's very educational). He starts with an in-depth exam and multiple X-rays. Then, a consultation is needed to discuss the proposed treatment plan. And then, with your approval, the adjustments start.
