This is a great Mexican Restaurant and their food is great!! They also offer street tacos with your choice of meet (beef, chicken and pork). Their burritos are great as are their enchiladas. Definitely recommend and I doubt you will be disappointed. read more

Went there for a dinner and it was just right for us. Had a bunch of chips and salsa and of course guacamole. All good. Beer and a margarita of course. Fajitas all around. The shrimp were a hit and they were juicy. The meat was also fine. Good spot. read more

Loyal customer for years, food has always been good but have only really ever gotten tacos or the quesadilla loco. The last two times we've ordered to go the owner told us our food would be ready in 10 minutes but we stood in the waiting area for over an hour and there was a group of 5 of us waiting. The owner didn't seemed too worried or really care. Unfortunately not going to be going back anymore, off to find a new taco joint. read more

We have been here several times now. The food is tasty. I have a limited diet and they have plenty of options for me. I like their enchiladas, the burritos are good, and fajitas are plentiful and well seasoned. Generous sides, too. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Tonight we were running late and showed up 20 minutes before closing and they were still inviting and did not make us feel rushed. Stopped in here with a client for a business lunch (chosen by them as I'm not from the area). It's a cute building with lots of spaced out seating, a large bar area, and music played at a reasonable volume (which is ideal for conversations!) Our group was greeted warmly and seated at a table with a bench side and chair side. We ordered beverages, queso, and chips with salsa. The queso is super good. I'm a sucker for cheese. You get a large portion and we sucked that bowl down in record time. The meals were tasty for everyone with great portions. Wonderful service! read more

Food was terrible had no flavor we had a party of 6 from the time they brought out the first persons meal till the last person had all their food was 20 minutes. And orders where wrong. Don't ever order a cheese quesadilla because all you will get is some nasty cheese melted in a standard size store bought tortilla. The salsa and queso were just dead tasting. read more

This is a great restaurant! Ice cold beer! Margaritas! Happy Hour 4-7pm their fajitas are wonderful! They have recently expanded their kitchen which allows food to come out quicker! this is an old building, hidden away at 75 and 120 behind some other buildings. the Food and the service is phenomenal. You're Hispanic foods are authentic and you know more than get your order out of your mouth when it seems like they're bringing the food already Yet they never rush you Inside, the furnishings are a little rustic but once you go there a few times and you get to know everybody I think they're all related I'm not sure but they seem like a family and they make you feel like family. We decided a little later than usual to head out to dinner and to give Picante Taco a try. Wow! The place was packed and full of life. We only waited about ten minutes for a table. Great atmosphere. I love the lighting and the ambiance. The staff were warm and friendly. I ordered Enchiladas Mexicanas which is three different enchiladas and a good sampler for a first visit. It came out in good time and was hot and delicious! We will definitely be back and I am thinking this will become one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Denison. read more

We ordered and my burrito lacked flavor and bland no spice at all ordered extra jalapenos to try to bring some heat. No the place was clean. And our waitress was ok nothing to brag about.
