We've been to eat here a few times and have gotten good food every time. Prices are reasonable. This is our go to place for Mexican food so far. I gave it a four only because I like my queso spicier.

Nasty Cumin Fajitas with huge onion !

The service is horrible! They say this is authentic Mexican? I guess they don't get out of Bonham much. The food is nasty. Taco Bell serves better Mexican food than this place and they are closer to authentic. . Everything was over seasoned with cumin. I know Mexican food calls for cumin but that isn't the main seasoning. It was nasty and I won't be back! We ordered Fajitas and guess what the main seasoning was? Yep, you guessed it cumin!

Great Little Tex-Mex Restaurant! We couldn't believe how much food we got with the Combo Fajita Family Platter, it's a bargain for sure! Fajitas for two, huge nacho plate, large cup of queso, taquitos, and stuffed fried peppers. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Nice little outdoor patio as well. The young waitress did a great job, she had many tables to serve but was very efficient yet friendly. We will definitely come back soon!

    two tacos on a plate

Finally tried this place. Was disappointed. You get no cheese on tacos or chalupas. Cheese is a must. Will not be back. Mistake or not, it should have been caught. Sorry will not be back. Little high on prices I believe also.

We started eating here the week they opened. We have eaten here enough to say you can't go wrong even with the American menu!!

Heard this place is pretty good. We'll see.....

Pretty good food. Needs a little more authentic seasoning. Needs alcohol as a beverage option.

There were signs...... The reviews were great…read more..... Online research revealed menus with authentic Queretaro regional cuisine, brunch and street food...... Nothing could have prepared us for the excellence of this remarkable restaurant in an old decommissioned gas station. They gutted the place down to the exposed brick and added the most delightful patio and dog friendly area. Simple, yet well appointed Mexican themed decor were added throughout. However, the food....oh man....the everloving food already. My husband and I split an order of the beef fajita nachos; I ordered poblano and cheese and barbacoa gorditas and my husband ordered the spinach enchiladas. The complimentary chips and salsa we started with were homemade and delicious. We could have easily split the nachos but we made room for some of the entrees before boxing the rest up to take home. We were very impressed by everything we ate. Their barbacoa was decadent and comforting. The enchiladas were nice and creamy. Their service is spectacular as well. I ordered a special drink. They actually make their own Agua Frescas and I chose the Jamaica and it was fantastic. We enjoy the mariachi style music that plays throughout the restaurant. I would also like to note that the restaurant was immaculately clean. Next time, I am asking for the Molcajete! That's what the staff's t shirts instruct!

My wife tried the cheese and chicken enchiladas and I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas and they were great. The sour cream sauce was so good! The place is very popular yet they are able to handle the demand and turn the tables fairly quickly. Also, It is a BYOB type of place so if want a cerveza you will need to bring it yourself. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place!

We were traveling to visit my sister in Dallas. My lady found Villegas on the internet and decided…read moreto make a small detour for dinner. If you're looking for an upscale restaurant with amazing décor... this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a restaurant with good food, great service, and large portions... look no further. Based on reviews we decided to get an order of Fajita's and split them. This was a good decision. We ended up getting the single chicken Aloha Fajitas. The portion size is huge. Even splitting an order, we had left overs. We ended up taking them with to my sisters and eating the rest as left overs with her the next day. We verified we did not get a double. The Fajitas were deliciously amazing. The vegetables were firm, but still soft. The chicken was cooked perfect. It was juicy with a nice char to it. The flavor combination combining the sweetness of the pineapple with the spice of the jalapenos and saltiness of the bacon mixed perfectly with the onions, green peppers and chicken. If, like me, you are not a huge fan of pineapple, don't worry, the flavor is not overpowering, it adds a sweetness with just a hint. It's not overpowering, and it's easy to avoid the chunks of pineapple if you don't want to eat it on it's own. Our only issue was the bathrooms, they were dirty and didn't appear to be well maintained. The partitioned off area they were in was being used for storage making it hard to maneuver. Overall, we had a great experience as Villegas. Our service was fantastic, and the meal was memorable. Just remember that when ordering, keep the portion size in mind. I would give it five stars for food alone, but that would not be accurate of the overall experience.

This is a one stop shop for anyone who wants to experience shopping at an authentic Latino grocery…read more We love their little restaurant on the corner of the store where you can eat in or have food to go of authentic Mexican food. I love their street tacos carne asada, it's like eating from a taco truck in Guadalajara, Mexico. You can pair your tacos with their Mexican soft drinks literally in a glass bottle. You can have horchata or hibiscus tea. The breads? Freshly baked bread which is just .99 cents each. What more can you ask for? They have tres leches slices , flans.... All the postres you see in a carneceria! Their produce are always fresh , the meats I'm not a fan of but all the grocery items that you need and want are available. They even have some merchandise that you can only find there like authentic tortillas warmers, clay pots and plates. Ooohhhh, not to mention their Salvadoriqn Chorizos. I love that! Not to mention their freshly made tortillas which you can purchase at any given time! I also have tried their tamales , they are good and seasoned well. I normally make tamales twice a year but if I crave for some, I just go there to satisfy my cravings. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the whole store is clean and the prices of what they sell are affordable and comparable to other places. We definitely love this place! Nothing beats authentic Mexican grocery like La Victoria's
