This is a really a weird corner store in terms of it's offerings but not entirely bad? I don't smoke so in term of smoking I honestly can't talk about what this store has to offer but it has a ton to offer the smoking population: bongs, and other smoking thingies. The reason I reviewed this store? It has vanilla coke. Yes people vanilla coke, and tons of other american sodas not sold in Canada. I'm not a soda person but darn it all I'm a sucker for vanilla cola. They also sell american candy bars and chips. Is that a white chocolate kit kat I spy? Yes, yes it is. the owner of this place really does not care whether he makes a sale or not. I went in there to buy an e cig to replace mine that broke. normally I am the easiest guy to sell to (if the product is good, I would just buy on the spot), as I'm usually too lazy to go to other places to shop around, but this guy's complete lack of any knowledge of the product he's selling, combined with impatience to answer questions and judgemental attitude was vomit inducing. sorry, but I will not give this store a penny. it was kind of funny that his answer to all my questions was "your e cig that broke was not named brand, mine is branded, so it's much more expensive than urs". he asked me if I had a budget, I said not really, as long as if it represents good value. he then quickly whipped out one that cost 150$, and as soon as i said "my old one only cost 50$, what features do this one have that makes it good?" he replied with "this one is good brand" and lost interest in answering additional questions. also, I've been to a few e cig places in toronto, they all *gladly* offered free sampling of all their e cig juices to help facilitate sales. it's pretty much industry standard. however when I inquired about sampling, he said "we don't give free stuff, we only sell" while giving me that judgemental look like I was there as a freeloader, lol, this guy man. oh and one of his product that sells for 79.99$, I price checked online and found the standard retail price to be 39.99$ so yea, I very very rarely write reviews, but felt I had to for this place. it was an interesting experience as a consumer, and it'll make good dinner conversation, so in that sense I guess it was worth. read more

I honestly felt that this guy was rude - I went in with the intention of potentially purchasing a vape or a bong and I asked a few questions, none of which he wanted to answer (or maybe didn't know the answer to?) - I wasn't sure, a terrible vibe though. If you don't know the basic answer to certain things with regards to smoking and its accessories then perhaps you shouldn't be selling them in your store? Ended up going across the street and giving them my business instead. Having basic knowledge about your products inspires confidence in your buyers, losing your patience or not wanting to help your buyers will only inspire them to go elsewhere. read more

I would not consider this establishment a vape store at all. It is an overpriced, strip mall convenience store. I had run out of coils for my atomizer, he tried to charge me $35.99 for 5 pack. I can get them at any reputable vape shop for $19.99 a pack. I looked at a 30w box mod in the showcase and had sticker shock. He was charging $30 more than other brick and mortar shops. Don't even get me started on the owners arrogant and judgmental attitude. If you want to pay through the nose for merchandise and get treated like a nobody, feel free to shop there. read more

Hi i bought a Vaporizer from Pick N Pay Smoke & Vape Store, and i have nothing but TROUBLE with it, i bought it in October 2014, and the mouth piece cracked and in November 22, 2014, the pipe does not work anymore. i feel the products they sell is refurbished and not new, We got there card, so i e-mailed them , and never heard from them. i have had nothing but trouble with this pipe, ( G Pro Herbal Vaporizer) and Pick N Pay will not help, so if anyone is going to buy Vaporizers, try Langley read more

You can't get a straight answer out of the guy that's always working here. I asked him what his tobacco prices were like and he said they are the best prices around. This guy is like a slimy used car salesman that hates people. I asked for the exact $ and he quoted me a price I knew was wrong, so I clarified with taxes? You know when you are trying to pay with the exact change you kinda need to know the price. Then he gave a new price. Then I ordered a pack and they were yet another price so I had to dig in my purse to find my bank card, which isn't a big deal its just annoying. I don't think you should have to ask for a price 3 times to get the right answer. This guy just seems to be annoyed when you ask him anything and treats you like you are the jerk. He was rude to my husband when he was trying to buy some specialty products too. I've been here 3 times and won't be back. Avoid this store like the plague.
