If I could give this place a negative zero I would give this place a double zero. I was trying to sell them my truck. I was told I was gonna get $425 when I got there upon delivery. Once I got there, they gave me $365 because they said I had no Cadillac converter. I reported that my truck had no Cadillac converter in the initial conversation. The girl at the front told me they didn't check the box missing Cadillac converter. Therefore I was getting $365. They told me that I could call the call center and speak with them, and I said "why should I call the call center if they're gonna tell me the exact same thing you're telling me". The sad part about this I was giving paperwork saying I had no Cadillac converter with a cash payout of $425 This place gives false information and not the actual price that was discussed on the phone. If your in a pinch Financially or part Availability i would recommend, otherwise no. Financially they are not very sparing there prices on parts have increased over the years and they are usually just below the cost of a new replacement part without garuntee it will work. Much less the part is used. Furthermore they nickel and dime you for every little piece for example on a door panel if that door panel still has a lenses attached for an ambient light they charge you for the light and the door panel. I personally had a case where they attempted to charge me $100 for a radio that was listed for $40 on there website.They tried to justify saying it had GPS because it was phone compatible via AUX cord(No AUX cord was not included lol). I tried showing clerk the website she just responded it was outdated although I checked the URL it had been renewed 4 months prior. All of This was after i paid to get access to the "premium lot" after paying for access to there main lot. Just another attempt to get money especially considering both lots have similar junk cars none looked any better than regular main lot. They also have East and West lot which you have to pay for admission to both which make no sense other than to make them money.Do not recommend, will price gouge and nickel and dime. read more

I want to let administration know about the bad experience I had today at this location. The cashier lady was very rude and disrespectful. It was hard not to listen to how she was speaking to customers, very unprofessional and immature. She was not informative and unprofessional. I've been a long time customer of your wrecking yards, and thus is the worst I've been treated. Cashier 3997 register 01-D-MJOJ5V. She gave me an outrageous price for a part that was half the price on the website. So I confronted her about it, she was totally hesitant about giving me all the information of all the hidden fees. Basically if you didn't catch it, you've been charged. Totally rude, I seen her charge 2 customers in front of me for the warranty they said they didn't want afterwards. She basically told them that they were screwed. But since they're from Mexico and don't really know the policy, they just walked away. Update: 8/2018 The 'cheap times and sales are a thing of the past'. A neighbor told me that they merged with a competitor and after that the 50% discount once a month went away and prices went up. Welcome to 'the ecology', welcome to the apocalypse. This place is a mix of "Shadows of the Night" and Mad Max - the original movie. Warning 1: Inventory - They have no map or inventory guide. Cars are separated by brand only meaning that once you get to the brand you need Honda, or Chevy or ford you have to walk in circles looking for the model / year without knowing if it is even in stock and ti would be nice if the place took digital pictures and posted on the website. Warning 2: There are some strange restrictions regarding power tools. I tried to bring in my portable 11 gallon compressed air tank because I needed to remove an axle nut off a front wheel CV shaft and they told me no and they don't offer a paid service to pull the part. Warning 3: MOST cars are at least 10 years old or older. Don't expect to see lots of late model crashed cars. Those get rebuilt and go back on the road with salvage titles or go to TJ where the salvage disappears off the new title. Warning 4: There a bunch of parts places on the same road. It is easy to walk into a different yard that might not have the part you called about on the phone. Do NOT bring a Jack except for transmissions, etc as all cars are off the ground on blocks. Do bring your own tools and a dolly / hand truck as they get heavy. Do (go to the window and ask for a print out of the years of car that contain the part you need. Ex bumper cover 1998 to 2001 Saturn SL2, etc. Do this for each part as some parts like wheel spindles, axles will be the same for a greater number of model years. Do ask others or offer help to others if you lack a tool. I borrowed a socket and gave the guy $5 when I returned it because it saved me a trip all the way back home. Do Expect to spend at least 2 hours: arrive, find car, pull part, get in a LONG line to cash out. Get in a line to exit - they mark you parts as you leave. Do speak clearly as most people there English is a second language. They're cool but you will need to make an extra effort to be clear so you get the parts you came for. Do remember to wear sun screen, hat, safety glasses, hand cleaner, blue nitrile gloves, hammer, dolly, pipe for leverage, Cash $$$ etc. In the past parts WERE very reasonable. Around 2011? I got a bumper cover, fender, wheel spindle, air condition high pressure hose and AC radiator for about $100! Happy hunting and don't forget to make a list of everything you need including little things like switches, nobs, fuses, etc! read more

Lots of medium to late model cars here. But, with any DIY salvage yard - you will find many cars are stripped of parts, like a Thanksgiving Turkey here. Or, many times you will find your part...but it will be carelessly broken by somebody else. Just like Thrift Stores - it's hit-or-miss over here. there's a lot of parts that you can actually get at a good price usually interior or exterior body parts as well as engines and transmissions, there's some parts like suspension that you're better off getting online. some of the cashiers aren't as experienced with car parts and there is some that are really good with great customer service that really do try helping you out. there is option for warranty its automatically in the price but obviously you can choose to not get it you just wouldn't be able to get your money back if you decline and the part doesn't work of course. overall its a good option read more

Apparently, you have to be an experienced salvager to be taken seriously. After looking through the maze of cars for the ones I saw online I asked a guy where they were and he told me they were all gone. They absolutely need to keep the inventory up to date because I wasted a lot of time getting down there to see cars clearly listed on their website. All I got from this experience is a banged shin on a metal cart left in one of the only pathways near the entrance. read more

My car had a rusty east coast door. It was really an eye sore and made me feel embarrassed. A coworker told me about this place. I setup the vehicle I was looking for and when the car arrived I received a notification. I visited and found a door pretty much intact (missed the window controller by five minutes!) I got the whole thing for $80. I paid and extra $25 for warranty. I was able to get everything on without any problems. Yea its weird they charge you twice, but the prices seem pretty reasonable so all in all I think its worth it. read more

This place was kind of hard to see. It's just past Ecology on the right. It'd be nice if they used big signs like Ecology. Anyway, you get in there and parking is easy. You had to pay $2 to go in and walk around. Their selection was kind of small. It consisted of Ford and GM models which is what I was looking for. i went to pick a part(me and my boyfriend) he purchased a transmission on friday. the following monday we took it back because it didn't fit. they said bring it to the gate. when we did they switched employees and a lady came out. she looked at the receipt and said we had no warrentee . he explained when making the purchase the cashier said something about it. He asked her to explain it and she said"never mind" and continued to ring him up. another hispanic man came up and wanted cash back or credit . he told him if they didn't have another part they would give him credit with a receipt. I call this place the "poor persons theme park". Pay a fee to get in, get stamped, and you can go in and out all day. Pay an additional fee and you get to go into the PREMIUM lot. Get stamped and you can go in and out of THAT one all day. However, not sure as to the purpose. They have absolutely no idea about their inventory and how it is organized. Dont bother looking at their website inventory. the inventory may not actually exist. The site would lead you to believe that they have a highly organized system for storing their cars - what, with the DROMs and TRK labels and the row numbers. However, as one worker put it "if the car has been here longer than a month, it's gone". He said it in reference to 5 listings on their site of the car I was looking for - and which it said was in stock. The lady at the counter said that they dont bother taking down the old pictures and that they dont have internet. "You just have to pay and then go look". In sum, I traveled 40 minutes just to pay admission to nothing. The reality is that this place is a complete waste of time. Look, if you are trying to save time and money and still want to throw a few bucks away like I did, please dont go in - just drive up to the gate, toss your money over the fence, drive off, and then call a junkyard that can ACTUALLY tell you if they have the part they are looking for. read more
