We finally left that house and the facts stand as the electricity is not split evenly between the two units in her house, the electricity has not been evaluated by another electrician to make sure it is grounded properly (the first guy said it wasn't), and we did not receive an itemized list of damages or our deposit at all. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and find a realtor that knows at least the basics and has their client in their best interest. Not a greedy sales person.
