When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. The pharmacist told me I had to have Part B. ??? I have the AETNA E lite plan which I was told covers these vaccinations. I don't have a separate prescription plan-they have network pharmacies. I was TOLD by Aetna Rockville Centre Pharmacy IS in-network. The Aetna rep told me he'd never heard of a pharmacy in their network denying a member a vaccination. I'm thinking when I can speak to the owner, Howard. I'll see what happened. If they really don't provide this I will tell Aetna they should be REMOVED from the network.
