Wowza! If you're a picker THIS is your paradise. My main takeaway from here is all the beautiful character items in a home can be found here. They have a large selection of wooden doors which really excited me because I've been thinking of adding 2 pocket doorways in my home. I'll definitely be getting my doors here and doing some refurbishing. They have a nice enough selection of stained glass windows. Lots of those crystal style door knobs at a way better price than a snooty antique hardware store. In the back they had tons of wood planks. Really great if you're looking for flooring and reclaimed wood. So much more I'm not mentioning. But look around and you'll definitely bump into something that you didn't know you'd love to have. Really great place to get ideas.

If you want the experience of being on an episode of American Pickers this is the place for you. I didn't know we were coming here as it was a last minute addition to our date. Ah, at last my husband and I have reached an agreement that new hardware for a dress I was restoring was needed or a replacement for the one piece that was broken would need to be found. There was so much stuff! The lady that works there is so knowledgeable and took one look of the piece of hardware from my dresser and was able to let us know that she didn't have that particular piece. She was nice and showed us where all the hardware and knobs were located and we started to, well pick through all of the different options. My husband and I talked about all of the different options we had finally decided on a set of 4 we found. In terms of value, some of the pieces in my opinion are priceless as it's hard to find 50's hardware/knobs and I opted to not be at the register when my husband paid for it, bit he said they were a good price. While I was there I saw some super interesting pieces like the bell in the picture. I am still thinking about a project that will require said bell and hope that it will still be there once I plan something out. On a separate note: if you don't want to get your hands dirty while picked as it is very dusty going through all of the items bring gloves.

Picked up a slab of Sabino / Mexican Cypress from Pickers and built a dining table. Very happy with the way it turned out, and this was the first time I have ever made a piece of furniture.

WOW!! Was the reaction to my Pinterest heart filled desires. Finally met with the owners after friending the business on Facebook for over a year!!. Great sweet people to visit with. It's a pickers paradise most definitely !! Didn't want to leave:)) Impressed with reasonable prices. The warehouse has some work to be done in organizing and settling in with their recent new found business in the dusty old warehouse near city's famous four points intersection. I warned the couple if they get busy and well known they will become famous like chip and Joanna Gains!! So get there before they do:)

Vintage, salvaged and reusable windows and window screens from historical San antonio area... My imagination runs wild when I see these.

We had a chance to speak to the owner, Kirt, he was nice and gave us a lot of background on the store.

The owner was very pleasant to work with and had been in the relics or antiques business for 40 years. The price was reasonable, and we have several other things we're considering as we restore our antique home. Mike and Carol San Antonio

I saw so many colorful and old/vintage windows and home pieces that could add or enhance your home or add a unique aesthetic to your home. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pricing, the lack of cleanliness or upkeep of the store, and the disappointment in this store definitely not being ADA complying for anyone who may have a mobility issue or wheelchair bound. There are so many items tucked away in corners and up against the walls here that it just seems like it would be dangerous and compact to try to walk comfortably. Parking might be a thing as we couldn't see any spots in front that would allow us to park. We had to park down the way (alley) and walked over to get to the store. It's really dusty here and although many things are labeled with the year and the type of wood/metal/glass the pricing just doesn't make any sense. I will say if you are down to explore and really take your time to look around to find a unique piece do it but maybe bring gloves? Everything is old and not in the best condition so be forewarned.
