As they requested, I contacted them via email with descriptions and pictures of the items I wanted to consign. I was told they would respond in a few days. So I waited over a week and called them. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

The prices are about 50-70% OFF of retail, which is hard to beat. You have to move quickly because what you see is what you get, everything is consigned by everyday people or company buyouts, meaning you can't order more. This makes it a super fun treasure hunt!! The store is LOADED. The staff is super helpful and style-minded. You can also make some cash by bringing in your furniture & home decor to sell. Great selection of art, decor, foliage, even jewelry & designer handbags.

It's up in north San Antonio and not getting nearly as much credit as it deserves, because you'll find some real antique gems in here.

Then they came out to do an inhome inspection/review of the chairs. They were friendly, receptive, professional and answered all of my questions before doing any of the work. We agreed on the pricing and they took the chairs. With the amount of work done, it took about 6 weeks to get the chairs back. The finished product is below: the darker fabric is the original and the lighter is the upholstered job completed. I am so happy with their work, I have my dining room chairs being restored and reupholstered now as well! Give them a holler and they will get back to you in a timely manner. They do excellent work.
