Unfortunately, that house we were interested in was no longer available. But rather than leaving it at that Robert asked us what other homes in the area we were looking at and was able to show us a couple homes in the area that night. He would let us know before we even went in the house what he liked (newly updated) and didn't like (on market too long) about the house. Robert was very professional and polite the entire time. Overall the entire home buying process has gone smoothly and we are set to close 5/12. Basically in a matter of 5 weeks we have been able to purchase a home. The only negative thing I can really say is that there were a couple things overlooked on the contract, but our lawyer caught it (that's what they're for, right?) It was luck that I asked to see one of the houses he had listed, as soon as I sent in my request he called me and had a half an hour conversation with me (on a Sunday night) about the whole house buying process and what I was looking for.
