I know even less about baby clothes than I do about baby gear, so I'm afraid this review will not be lenghty like "War & Peace". I don't know many name brands but I do recall two in particular, although there are many more. The first brand being Aden & Anais, which seemed to specialize in bibs and towels. The second brand, Feltman Brothers, deserves a little recognition, as they have been in business for nealry 100 years and all their clothes are hand sewn and "exquisitely" hand embroidered. Feltman clothes are what I'd call "Sunday Best" for kids. For all you guys out there, there is a New Orleans section as soon as you walk in the door that features Saints gear and LSU gear for infants through toddlers. There is also a small contingent of Tulane gear for the uptown crowd. All in all, this is a really cool store if you need kids clothes, you don't mind paying for premium merchandise and you like personalized attention.

She encouraged me to push the stroller around a bit. I don't enjoy shopping for anything really but this was nice. The store was clean, organized and had parking. We made an appointment but since we were there began to look at and explore the stroller systems with another couple that came in the store. After about 30 minutes a store employee came over and said she didn't know we were there and that we weren't supposed to be exploring the strollers without assistance. She was not exactly rude but didn't offer assistance or ask if we had any questions and basically made us feel like we're a nuisance to her. We left and decided that we did not want to patronize a store whose customer service is so lacking. We were able to figure out which stroller system we liked and now that we know the brand and variation we would rather buy somewhere else than from Zukka baby. What???? I didn't apply the discount. They did! Whatever you have left, you'll pick? And charge me full price for everything else or not process it? If your website can keep up with your inventory or a sale you are running maybe your sale needs to be in store only. Sorry you screwed up. It is primarily a children's store but they do carry some of their designs in adult sizes. Clothes, gifts, jewelry, stationery, and artwork that is fun and unique. Many of two sprouts items are available in other shops around town. But this spot also carries lots of other items. I bought a couple of super cute items for a friends little one (shark plate & utensils) and a great king cake t-shirt for myself. The owner was at the store and she was very helpful. Finally there are those that stock solely to their own aesthetic. Angelique Baby is the latter-(est?) - they stock to their own aesthetic. Very designer centric. Very posh. Very likely no one else at the baby shower will give anything more beautiful. In terms of practicality.
