You would think they would have experienced inspectors to catch things like this but obviously they don't and further ignore the complaint. They seemed more concerned with me signing up for HomeBinder account than anything the amount of emails I received for that.

The pealing paint was exposed in several areas so should have been observed and noted in his report and was not. Also, we have 9 triple pain windows that are fogged and need to be replaced. The former owners kept the blinds down to obscure this issue. Its a lot of windows and will be very expensive to replace : ( The needed repairs may well cost $20,000 to $30,000 which is a lot plus the time to work with vendors to complete these needed repairs
