If you're visiting from out of town, Pick 'n Save is in the Kroger family of stores. You'll be able to use your phone number as an alternate ID to get loyalty discounts here, especially if you see something particularly on sale and don't want to take a chance on paying full price at checkout. Variety is pretty good here. Store exterior and interior seems pretty new. Some of the items are good even without loyalty discount and having Kroger store brand helps too. We were staying in Grafton, so it didn't make sense to go farther to shop for basics. read more

If you want service, DON'T use the automated system. Parent company, Kroeger, bought out Shopko Pharmacy accounts. Call in your script (Rx) number into the automated system, & it spits back a time/date it'll be ready. Shopko, gave you a choice. I did this past weekend. Something about this store is off. Will drive miles away to metro mart to avoid the Grafton pns. Just hate this store. Have had my had slapped for helping bag my stuff by lipstick lady. My hand slapped, your kidding right. Everyone in Grafton k ows what I'm talking about. Bagging is so slow just let me do it myself without me getting slapped by an employee. Rude people in deli, bakery. Like everyone there hates thier job. I get that they get paid poorly, jeez then leave. read more

The ladies that work in the deli are THE WORST. Today 8/16/21 around 9:00 a.m. they were actually arguing who would help a customer! Not busy, no line...one had a broom in her hand, the other standing nearby with her arms crossed doing nothing. As they began arguing loudly who was going to help the guy, he actually spoke up and said, "forget it" and walked off. The lady actually hollered "Whatever!" and threw the broom down. I don't shop here often and after seeing this display of horrible behavior, I won't stop in again. What kind of person in customer service argues whos going to help ONE customer? read more

Between 3pm and 3:15 pm Monday 2/15/21 encountered 4 people with no mask. Sign upon entrance clearly states masks required. Not 1 staff member addressed the issue when observing maskless people, NO MANAGER ANYWHERE to handle the reckless people. Obviously, NO masks necessary at the Grafton. PICK AND SAVE. Free COVID exposure everywhere in the store, management and staff will do nothing to protect shoppers following protocol and store signs or their own employees. Avoid the store if you want to stay safe from COVID. read more

Walked into this pick n save the other day looking for some donuts and as I walked through the produce section, this guy named Joseph greeted me even though he was super busy, speedily stacking those superb watermelons. As I was walking through the store, some guy carrying a bag of lemons rushed past me and said "excuse me, man" although I could've sworn he said monke. Anyways I didn't read too much into it. I made my way to the back and saw that they ran out of donuts so I was kind of unhappy about that, so I just got some cupcakes instead. I was walking through the baking aisle and there was an Asian dude getting yelled at by a black lady saying that he accidentally ran her foot over with his wheelchair so I tried to diffuse the situation. As I was waiting in line, the guy in front of me looked like he was about to fall asleep so I had to tap him on the shoulder to tell him it was his turn. When it was my turn at the self checkout, this dude named Grant asked if I found everything okay and I said well I couldn't find any donuts and he said he apologizes for the inconvenience and that he likes fish. So we talked about fishing for a bit and about half way through our conversation this lady named Sally walked up to Grant and said errrrr and walked away, which I thought was kind of odd. Anyways, the vibe was pretty typical of a grocery store. read more

Very convenient and open a lot later then other places in my area. Always has what I'm looking for and staff are always very friendly.

It's a nice store, very clean and well organized. They sell many of the same high quality products as Sendiks, at a fraction of the cost.

This is by far the worst location I've ever been to.. ever! The people are extremely unfriendly, they hardly ever look you in the face... the store smells, it's often under stocked, the produce is often too ripe or old. If I can at all avoid it, I don't shop here... sad read more

I was having a good time finding my grocery items, it was clean, everything was laid out nicely and they seemed to have nice produce, but i had a very uncomfortable experience while i was looking in the cheese area. I had bent over to grab some string cheese and when i rose back to a normal standing position I noticed a man with blue button up shirt, with a beard and a receded hairline with a strange smirk on his face as he stared directly at my butt. I am confused because im still not certain if he was an employee or not, but it seemed like he was. I thought it was weird, but i continued to shop not thinking about it much, but then i was grabbing dog food from the little fridge they have i turned and saw the man was nearly directly behind me once again clearly staring at my butt. This time i asked him kindly "do you need something sir?" he said "no, not unless you wanna show me what you got back there" he chuckled. I said nothing i dropped my items and left and i wont be coming back until i know he won't be there anymore and i suggest some of you do the same because a nice store like that shouldn't be ruined by a scumbag read more
