They have saved me so much money over the years and manage my properties flawlessly. In this business, honesty, trust, and reliability are everything -- and Mike and his team deliver all three in spades. Their main maintenance guy, Michael, is top-notch -- his experience and quality of work are unbeatable. Repairs and maintenance are fast, efficient, and done right the first time. Mike is always up front with any fees, maintains great communication with tenants, and provides clear monthly breakdowns of revenues and expenses, always with helpful notes. As a property owner, the most important thing is being able to sleep at night -- and with CMC, I can. If you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to have brown recluse spiders all over your apartment (even after someone comes out and sprays). And if you live on the bottom floor, you can hear a pen drop in the apartment above you. And for some reason there is never enough parking right in front of my current apartment. The microwave blew open while making a cup of coffee in a ceramic cup with NO metallic trim and hit my mom in the head , the hot water splashed on here and was every where .When it was reported they sent 2 guys to look at it who said it must be the cup.. after trying different cups they realize the microwave was the issue because it was heating up too fast. After they left they said the manager will call back .. after sevetal hours no phone call and nothing was done for 3 days. I her daughter had to call multiple times and went down to the office because my mom had a bad headache that day and is non confrontational . I told the office if I had to call again about this for the 3rd time when my mom is elderly I will be very upset. After day 3 I called and the person refused to give the number for their corporate office because I wanted to file a formal complaint. The first person stated they never said they will change the microwave, the second person was snide and said they had ordered a new microwave . The major issue is they never daid anything or removed the microwave from the unit , didn't communicate anything was being done and my mother could have forgotten and used it again. In the end we had an exchange of words and Josie the second person ended up hanging up.     This place is a dump. People don't pick up after their pets. I pay rent each month and on time…read moreand I I am not even guaranteed a parking space. Often I have to park two buildings away and walk to mine. The carpet is worn out and smells bad. I have tried to get the smell out with no success. My brother who is disabled with a…read moremental illness and my dad is 90 and fighting cancer has just been forced out because she doesn't like the way he behaves. My brother received a lease violation and was told he had 14 days to rectify the situation. She did not honor the 14-30 lease agreement violation which states: "A 14/30 lease violation notice is a legal notice that a landlord serves to a tenant who has breached the lease agreement. The notice must specify how the tenant is breaching the lease and that the lease will automatically terminate 30 days (or more) from the date of the notice unless the tenant fixes the problem within 14 days of the date of the notice. The tenant must be given 14 days to cure the breach, and if they fail to correct the problem, the lease will terminate without further notice on the date indicated in the notice (at least 30 days from the date of the notice)" She did not allow them the 14 days to rectify the situation. She only gave him 2 days before writing the notice to vacate the premises. As I am applying to other places, the property manager put a balance on the apartment so now my brother and father are not able to move until that balance is paid off. I called to find out how to pay the balance and she would not let me. Instead, She gave me a timeline on when they needed to be paid. However, the whole balance was showing on their account as needing to be paid and no other leasing office would accept their application. I truly believe she is discriminating against my brother because she doesn't like the way he looks or behaves due to his mental illness. I have lost all patience with this woman and I am hoping the owners of Springcreek will see this review and reach out to me so that I can pay off any balances they owe and get them out there. My father is 90 and frail and this situation is causing him lots of stress. They just moved in on the weekend of October 13th. All background checks intact. So, I truly believe she has an issue with people different from her.
