You have to enter up this little covered bridge which is pretty cool. Once entering the Inn you are greeted by the owner or his wife usually and brought into the dining room or the bar if you choose. the decor is very welcoming and has a very cozy feel to it. You truly feel like you are visiting a friends home. The food was excellent the drinks were well crafted and the evening was memorable. Can't wait to come back!

The ambiance was very memorable -- from the adorable covered bridge you drive through, to the architecture of the inn, to the sweet greeting from innkeeper Bill. We felt like we were visiting someone's home, and we could definitely sense Bill's passion for the place. We visited around Christmastime during Covid-19, so Killington wasn't as busy as I'm sure it usually is. We had the choice of eating in the dining room or in their lounge in front of the HUGE and beautifully decorated tree. Christmas music was softly playing, and the romantic cabin aesthetic really made me feel like I was living in a real life Hallmark movie. The food was good, not SUPER memorable, but very yummy. We had the brie (my favorite), ravioli and NY strip steak. Overall, the experience was fantastic for our anniversary. Try it out!

The beds felt and looked like they were from the 1990s, extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were equally as bad. The kitchens are small (especially if you're accommodating 6+ individuals. The water quality is poor, so bring your own drinking water. The nice thing is that there is storage outside on the ground floor for your board/skis if you're comfortable leaving it out in the open. Overall- fine in a pinch but you should bring extra supplies (mattress topper, pillows, etc.) to make if comfortable

There was a ten people line up when we arrived to check-in. We learned fast that the only heating was the gas fireplace for the two storey condo with a heater in the entrance close to the kitchen. VCR/DVD player was not working; Radior/Stereo with speakers was not working either. Shuttle service to the hill was excellent. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Appliances are working well except for the dishwasher which is very, very NOISY during the whole wash. Beds are not that confortable, but for three nights, it is not too bad. PHONE: we never got the ACCESS code to use the land line to call front desk. We had to go to the GRAND RESORT HOTEL to get answers to condo deficiencies. When you stay at Pinnacle Condo, you do not have access to the heated pool in the GRAND RESORT HOTEL. Another thing we learned upon arrival. HOT TUB is another building close by; we did not go because we had to walk over there, change and come back to condo. NOW, we understand why the PRICE is right.

There are some pretty bad reviews out there but I have to say I experienced none of what I read about. units was clean (outdated yes but who cares), functional and quite large. The people on staff were very nice and accomodating and the folks in the ski shop were awesome. If you are renting gear be sure to rent here rather than the mountain. These guys really take care of their gear. Aaron

The elevator (I'm surprised even works) had water leaking into it and was barely lit. The woman that answers the phone is very nice and easy to talk to. The man that owns the company is a complete ass. We ran because our instincts said to do so and rented another place close by. We opted out with the promise of a partial refund (via the booking website) that took me months to get back. I called the company the owns the condos multiple times to be ignored and refused a refund. I finally went through the booking site with screen shots of my cancellation promise and got my money back within five days. What a joke. They were 30$ short on the refund according to my math but it wasn't worth my energy calling again.

I called the 1-800 number and no one answered. Thankfully, David from the property had emailed me a few days prior because they changed my room and his personal number was in his signature. He gave me the correct code to get in. Who knows how long I would have been standing outside at night waiting if I didn't have his direct cellphone number. This was after I slipped and had a horrible fall on the icy walkway directly in front of the units. My knees are literally aching, swollen and black and blue. This made skiing the next morning quite painful. I also injured one of my hands. I emailed photos of the injury and was essentially told by Barbara "sorry..." and "...bad weather is expected..." I think safety should also be expected. They were unwilling to offer any sort of remedy for the injury and inconvenience the fall caused. The close proximity to the mountain is not worth the trouble. Stay elsewhere if you can.

If you show up after hours there is no one at the front desk and you need to drive up the road about 2-3 miles in order to get the keys. The signs are very poor explaining where to go. You get daily service but nothing special, someone come to make the bed sloppily and take out the garbage.
