I think the prices are just overrated here. It is definitely a high-end salon, but I wasn't wowed with my experience. There is metered street parking available, as well as a parking garage about a 3-main walk away. The facility is clean and well-lit. Still, there is nothing inherently wrong with my visit and I wouldn't return because of the high prices, but it is a good salon.

I had wanted an earlier appointment but none were available but when they got a cancellation I received a phone call asking if I wanted to go in at my preferred time. YES and thank you for calling!! When you arrive for your appointment you check in with your number. That Felt super efficient. I did a shellac/gel French manicure and the person doing my nails was so attentive to cleaning up my cuticles and paid close attention to being precise with the white line. Super happy with my nails.
