The two staff members were very nice/friendly and did an okay job on our nails. However, the place is very dirty. Nail dust is all over everything... every desk, nail station, all of the supplies on the counter... the places you put your hands in look like they have never been cleaned, the floor had dirt and spill/black spots all over and 5 out of the 7 employees were just sitting around on their phones. Even the one employee that finished with our nails, got on her phone and started watching videos instead of cleaning everything up or having a conversation while sitting in front of us while we waited for our nails to dry. They also played very loud rap-like music that was not relaxing or spa-like at all. Would not go back or recommend. read more

Got a regular pedicure with regular polish and was basically asked to leave before they were dry. I would understand if they were busy but there were 3 other customers there, none of which were sitting at the drying table with me! The tech came up to me and said "okay they are good now" when they definitely were clearly not. read more

I had Savannah give me a gel manicure today. She was wonderful!!! First nail tech to get the polish all the way to my cuticles . She was so gentle and so sweet No hot drills. Thank God and no ruffiness with the cutters. It was perfect and I walked out of there not looking like my nails have been growing out for 2 weeks! The owner gave me a great design on 2 nails. I traveled to Avondale to visit a friend and while he was working my daughter and I got manicures. Ms. Kim and Ms. Yvonne took such good care of us and chatted with us the whole time. Great service, prices, and perks! This is a clean and large nail salon, there are 8 pedicure chairs and a wax room. Every service comes with a free glass of wine or red wine. They offer all the normal nail services but have three different spa pedicure options. Wide variety of gel and regular polish. They also offer eye lash extensions. The man I went to was super rough and cut 3 cuticles on one hand, and 2 on the other hand. Not only was it painful and unsightly but super unsanitary to draw blood (especially with instruments that didn't come out of a freshly opened, sanitized pack). The French tip wasn't even either and there was no hand massage. He was totally unapologetic and disinterested in pleasing an upset client. Not okay! Will not be going back. read more

Hands down the WORST pedicure ever . He was rude . The guy was rough - actually hurt when he worked on my cutícula . He used a brush to scrub my toe nails and it was very rough . He gave me half a massage and kept pushing my feet hard when he needed to switch feet . He also sprayed them with water gun and shot water everywhere . Spent less than 15 minutes and charged 30 dollars . Sloppy job on toe nail polish I will never go there again . read more

Worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done ever. I normally love getting my nails done. This place had really good reviews so I went. I originally was told I was getting a refill. Then halfway through was told I was being charged full price. Not even full price but $65! I wouldn't normally mind expect for the fact that this lady hurt me to the point that I audibly said "OW!" and started bleeding. I didn't even let her do my nails. I ended up leaving. I paid the $10 to get my nails off tipped her and left. Ruined my day. read more

Went here for the first time today as it was recommended by a fiends of mine. I had an amazing experience and am so happy with my nails. I went in for the hot stone pedicure and gel manicure. Helen was excellent and exceeded my expectations. She was absolutely wonderful and such a delight. Her attention to detail was impressive and every employee was so friendly and helpful. I came here to get a manicure, and the young girl who didn't speak much english cut me while cutting my cuticles and caused me to bleed profusely. It was very painful. The results were so bad, my polish was uneven and looked as if I did it at home! This was two weeks ago, and today, that nail is still damaged/blue, probably from dirty tools! Don't go here, unless you want fungus and inexperienced young girls without licenses to work on your nails. There are better nail salons in the area. read more

Do not recommend at all!! They struggle to shape all your nails evenly and their colors are not pigmented the same as their display colors. They argue when you ask to redo. They couldn't even supply the color black; coming out brown and the bottle almost empty to begin with. I have never been satisfied and ask for very simple nails. Only once did I ask for nail art and that was a TOTAL disaster. Never returning again. read more

My mom and I had a mani pedi, my service was rushed. She skipped so many things that I saw my mom get along with the other two people next to me. During my manicure she sneezed into her hand and wanted to continue I had to ask her to please wash her hands. I went in to get acrylics done over the summer, the man did not use gloves the nails were okay, but when I asked them to do a art design they did not know how to make it. After that day I started to notice bumps on my fingers which seemed like fungus and I'm pretty sure it was from him not using gloves and not being sanitized I am still struggling with this and can not find a way to get the bumps removed from my 4 fingers. read more

Extreme disappointment!!! I ask the wax tech to arch my eyebrows thick and she didn't arch them at all, they were just straight. When I told her I was unhappy with my eyebrows she started arguing with me. As a paying customer if I have any complaints they should be heard, talking over me and arguing is unacceptable!
