FOK is my favorite brewery in PR in the sense that it's the most fun of the breweries I've been to…read more They have a large outdoor space in the back with a stage for live music. During the pandemic they hosted movie nights where you'd watch the movies from your car. They have a mug club called Club Foker. As far as I'm concerned, they are the only brewery here with a mug club. I could be wrong though because I have t been to all. They are family friendly, and I think even dog friendly too. I like that you get to pass by the brewing tanks as you make your way to the back. The front is indoor seating. One of the walls has all the mugs from the Club Foker. Another wall has a huge map of the world. You can all the host for a pin to mark where your from. It's cool to see what parts of the island and other countries have come here. In the back there is a permanent food truck. The food is good and complements the beer nicely. I really liked the chicken wings, which are huge (the whole wing). Of course the beer is good. To be honest the beer is t my favorite of the local breweries, but it is good. I really like the Red Ale, their flagship beer, as well as the Vaquera (wheat) which I tried on my last visit. I've been here during the day and the night. Both are nice, just depends on what your looking for. During the day is more low key. You can chill and focus more on the beer, getting flights and tasting. At night it was more of a party with the music and all. Either way, fun place and worth visiting.

Although their website advertises I think 21 different brews, the day we went they only had 6-8. I was really looking forward to the Lucky 13 Porter but next time I visit PR! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and had no issue speaking to me in English.

Although it's in the science center's lobby it open even when the center doesn't. That's good because the center is only open about three days a week. Service is counter service. We didn't know so we went straight to the table and waited for a server to arrive. When one didn't I went to the counter and realized you order there. They will bing the food to your table, though. I didn't try the coffee but I did try the some beers they had on tap. They don't make their own, but they have a nice selection of local brews. They serve breakfast all day we were told. Our son had the waffles. it came with fruit. He ignored the fruit but devoured the waffle. I ate the fruit. I ordered the supreme pulled pork fries. This was good although it could have had more meat. Also worth noting is the fries aren't French fries. They're really housemate chips. It still worked, the chips were good, but some might be disappointed when they realize it's not fries. If you read this at least you'll know what to expect. The dish would have also worked with nachos. My wife had the JQH Bagel. It was a jam, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. She added avocado to it.
