Miércoles 19 de julio de 2023 mi esposa cumpleaños así que un grupo familiar fue a celebrar. Local de Caguas queda en el Centro Comercial Metro Plaza. El ambiente para ser un miércoles estaba bastante concurrido para ser las 5pm. Bueno yo ceno así que para mi es raro. La comida mejicana no me atrae mucho ahí le vamos a comentar. Porciones grandes y llegó bastante rápido la comida. Algunos le gustó a otros no tan bien. El servicio del mesero Brayan excelente a pesar que tenía varias mesas. Went with my wife, we asked for an outside table. Forgot about us after sitting, 15 minutes waiting and they didn't even bother to take or drink order. The straw that broke the camel back was that another couple just got in and they got a waitress almost immediately. read more

If I were a manager I would come out with a sign and post a worker at the front door to speak to guest as they approach the restaurant saying Due to occupancy we are closed for the night. That would be the proper thing to do. However, that is not the welcome we received when we arrived. The worker said they were closed and the sign said they close at 11 pm. They were so rude. We just walked away and when they went inside, she proceeded to stick her middle fingers up at us. Are you serious?! Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this... horrible! We couldn't hear what she was saying, but all you could see was wild gestating through the glass. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting behavior. I sympathize with the pandemic and the grievances it can bring, but treating us like that was awful. No matter what I love this island, but customer service and hospitality is everything to me. read more

says they close at 11pm and the door says they close at 12am... it's 9pm and they're "not taking any more customers/they're closed" as told to us by a server at the door. When asked to speak to her manager, she was tending the bar and unavailable... seriously... close your doors if you can't function properly! There's a line of people waiting outside the door... you don't turn them away. As we were leaving and she notices my sister taking a video to post, the hostesses, servers, and the "manager" all got together to gossip about what just occurred. (Sticking their middle fingers at us) She came on to ask what we were posting. She said that in a normal night the kitchen closes at 11 but today they were closing it at 10pm. Again people, it was 9pm.... She came back out of the restaurant with a paper and we thought she was maybe posting a sign on the door for others. Instead, she proceeded to show us the list of customers she still has not served and that they were seated inside waiting.. seriously... what?! I have here twice and can tell that the place looks nice and the service has been excellent. About the food, I ordered the Mexican lasagna the first time and a churrasco the second time. What can I say? I would say, order the burritos because the lasagna is just a ball of ground meat. And the churrasco? Well, it's a Mexican restaurant so I was my fault to order churrasco. read more

This is a new restaurant. The place is very nice. Have an interior salon and bar (with air conditioner) and an outside terrace. Parking is ample. Service was good and fast. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the food. read more

The food was very bland I don't think they even use salt. The refried beans were like water. My chicken with moly was about 2 1/2 in.²

We had lunch at Tijuana today and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Two shrimp fajitas entrees were ordered. The beans, rice, etc arrives five minutes before the shrimp. The tortillas were not warmed and were cold. Shrimps were the only delicious items. The waitress attitude was not very positive. The only time she smiled was when she brought the bill. They're are pot head like me but the difference I'm a senior on this shit... first time and last time at this shitty place.... once you need your tip you being nice but once you get the money your a piece of shit. Easy access and ample parking. Well decorated and clean. Live good music. The staff is friendly. The owner greeted us and apologized because the appetizers came along we the entrees, not a big issue for us, but he was very concerned about that. The food is good and fresh. Ample menu with a variety of plates and good prices. The supreme nachos are espectacular! Ordered the carnitas charras (tacos), very savory, good portions. My partner ordered the fish tacos, not so good. Overall we had a good experience. We'll come again. read more

Jan 11th, 2017 This was my second visit to Tijuanas, it was raining, it was cold and I had one hell of a day! I needed a drink! As I approached the Restaurant I was immediately greeted by a gentleman before I even walked in! As I met my friends he immediately made sure we were all comfortable and he added an extra table for us. The service was A+ the attention we received was great! The suggested soup was a hit and the Patron Tequila made specifically for Tijuanas was just the icing on the cake! Do you want to ask him to go was to conquer. His owner and his wife are always there making sure that both service and quality of food are at its finest level. They have live music on Wednesday Thursday Fridays and I believe Saturday's also. Margaritas are reasonably priced and my favorite dish is the steak wrap.
